Think about it should you be putting something in your mouth, that gets thrown in a jar labled X? AND you are putting it in your mouth!
I had no clue on how unhealthy metal fillings were, until a few days ago after years of having them I had to get one removed because it was affecting my thyroid gland. The specalist put it as, 'having a acpunture needle stuck in your thyroid constantly'! Ouch right, well dentists refuse to test this because they know they are wrong for using this stuff, or at least some of them do, the rest are ignorant like most of us.
The specalist I went to has even asked them to do testing on it, to prove him wrong, but they won't hahaha!
I got mine removed about 3 days ago and I felt like new person! The fillings even messed up my cranial bones..and yes they can do that. I have pictures of me before where my eyes were off, but now they are straight, it's amazing
Not all metal fillings have such horrible effects, but they've been known to cause cancer, lupus, fibro...and all sorts of things...mercury isn't something you should be putting in your mouth
The other fillings of course is more expensive, but I think you'll find you're health is more important. I also learned that getting your wisdom teeth out is a NO NO! I thought I was doing myself a favor, but nope...wrong again! It messes up the cranial bones when you do get them out. You shouldn't get them out, but instead work with your orthodontist to slowly make room for them, saying that your mouth is too small is silly.
I didn't believe that getting your wisdom teeth out could also affect the body so insanely. I met a girl that had gotten her wisdom teeth out, and when she did a few days later she started to oddly become anorexic looking and loosing her womanly features, even her periods. But now this genius I went to is slowly getting her back to normal...but all of this happened because she got her wisdom teeth taken out.
Just proves just because a lot of us do this, doesn't mean it is healthy...I learned a lot in the past few days from this
You can discuss, but I know that I feel amazing with my one taken out!

Maybe you just have a crappy dentist...

No, it doesn't have to do with a crappy dentist. It has to do with putting toxic metal waste into your mouth! And if that were the case almost every dentist in the world would be considered 'crappy'.

I had metal fillings, about three, for a few months.
They fell out and I sort of swallowed them.

I didn't feel icky or have lupus. I... don't feel any different now than I did when I had them.

I have had all my metal filling removed with the porcelin and I love how they look, but as for more healthy for me?? Not sure. There is growing concern about the mercury. I heard the problem is is that by the time you have them removed most of the mercury has already entered your body and the damage is done. Some testified that wonderful things happened to their body after the metal was removed.
As for me, I had no benefit other than asthetic appearance. I felt no different at all.
I was also lucky my insurance covered 100% of the cost - those babies are expensive.

the fillings are amalgum.. it means the blending of murcury and another metal or alloy..
i dont see how having your wisdom teeth out can make a female 'lose her womanly features' or even stop her having her period.. could this be due to the fact that she couldnt eat properly and perhaps lost too much weight?
i had my wisdom teeth out, i had too.. the choice was take the teeth out or my jaw would break.. i had dentigerous cysts growing from the roots of the teeth.. and one tooth was trying its best to grow out along the jaw instead of up and through the gumline.. the xrays were pretty awesome.
so here i am today, with out my wisdom teeth. i still have all my 'womanly features' and all the bits to do with being a girl
when you go to the dentist you have the right to choose what type of filling material goes into your nashers.. the choice is yours

I just read about nickel allergies...!!!
QUOTE
http://www.allergizer.com/50226711/what_is...kel_allergy.phpNickel is a very common metal and is present in a lot of things we encounter everyday. Hence there are people who develop rashes on the area of the skin exposed to buttons, bra clips, jewelry (and body piercings), belt buckles,
orthodontic braces and other nickel-containing objects. There are even people who have extremely high sensitivity to nickel that they are advised to refrain from eating food items that are high in nickel, such as chocolate, salmon, nuts, and canned fruits and vegetables. Pity those with nickel allergies, but whose job requires being at the till and handling coins!

First, off I never said that EVERYONE would die from metal fillings, and sometimes the effects don't come onset until later in life when other factors mix together.
The girl never had an eating problem, nor did her widsom teeth get in the way of her eating, she just automatically started losing drastic amounts of weight and everything of that nature, really weird. Just like some people are super sensative to nickel, same thing here...and just because you can't feel the horrible effects doesn't mean you AREN'T affected.

Years ago, metal fillings were all the dentist used..I knew an elderly lady who was getting severe migrane headaches every day..After months of testing, and not finding any results, a friend mentioned about these filling perhaps having an effect on her..Sure enough, she went to the dentist, had them removed and her headaches were gone. But who would have thought that this would be causing her problems...

I know right! It's amazing to see how are bodies truely function, and then the doctors just say oo migrane here take some pills, it's ridiculous, they aren't finding the source that is the issue with medicine today.
When I was little that's all they had as well, so that girl telling people that oooooo you had a choice, is wrong because some people didn't! duh
