Its a total fake. Not even a slightly good one.

I don't remember this guy being a NASA scientist. Anyway, someone else should be able to tell you more of the details of this video.

I think I saw one of the pics from the billy meier collection. Of the two pleiadian women. So this doesn't seem very convicing to me and I'm somebody who believes in extraterrestrial life.
