How would an ordinary person like me, go learn TK? I managed to wiggle a pencil a year ago, one of the most thrilling moments of my life. I believe everyone has the ability within them, however, Indigos and Star Children do not have to work at it. I, am a normal human, therefore, I must work for it. This is going to sound odd, but: How about some tips for learning telekinesis?

Practice feeling your psi energy first... cup your hands and try to feel the energy between them....it will feel like an energy ball....

Then once you can do this move onto this.

take a small ripped pc of paper and place it on top floating on water and practice sending this energy at the water to move the paper. Its less resistance usng water.... try to move the paper... practice practice practice..... direct it twd the object but dont touch it.....
