I used to witness this formation in Newcastle, UK. September-October the birds flew like that over the city centre....

Was great to see, but then all you would hear was splat sounds as the crap landed all over the place. You had to time when you moved from shop to shop...

I forget what the council did, but these birds are no longer around ????

Anyone else notice or maybe its just me but they look just like a school of fish swimming in the ocean.... Hmmm I wonder if fish were birds at one time.. or birds where fish? Nah..

No it is called the swarm formation. The reason it is spectaculer to most of us is we haven't seen it or haven't seen it in a while.

And thus, Bird's take over the world, Slowly but slowly.
