I thought of a theory of the energy human equation. Maybe we are spirits are constantly changing body's and containers and by the time we change we would not no any different because the energy has the memory of the human "container" and theres no way to tell. Also we might shift to alternate dimensions that are exactly like the ones we inhabit.

I think that may be where we get the term spirituality.

I'm a firm believer of reincarnation until the soul/spirit is ready for the next step or elevation to the next level of consciousness.
I think you should try a past life regression session. Interesting stuff comes out of them. It literally changed my view on life

I believe we can change but within this life and perhaps in the afterlife. I know we can change every molecule within our physical bodies and become a totally different person. This change comes from the spirit changing and affecting reality. Maybe this is not the right word but it feels right: involution. I believe in that but not in reincarnation.

I believe there are 7 separate dimensions and we are spirits born from the dimension that we reside in.
And the times suggest what dimension we are in. We may be going backwards on our way to dimension 1 and then we can start over.

I do believe in reincarnation, but I'm not sure why there would be different dimensions that are identical to each other. What would be the point of that? I lean toward dimensions that differ.
