i need help reformatting a song from a MPEG Layer 3... to a regular mp3 song... here are the instructions on how it says to do so, but i dont understand.. please help

The files you downloaded must first be renamed to open and work properly.





Step 1.) Rename EACH Music file's extension to .zip



Example:

Change: Song 01 - Execute.mp3

To: Song 01 - Execute.zip





Step 2.) Then follow these instructions to obtain your password to open your zip files.



a.) Go to this web address:

b.) Complete a new free member profile

IMPORTANT NOTE:(YOU MUST SAY YOU ARE OVER THE AGE OF 40

AND ARE MALE TO RECEIVE THE RIGHT PASSWORD)





c.) Your password will be on the page after the "upload a photo" page

The password is the last word in the sentence that begins:

(Thank you for registering, we would......)


Step 3.) Open your files with Winzip. Enter the password.

Note: Use all lowercase when entering the password.
