Hi everyone

This is abit personel,so please have some respect in helping me get to the bottom of this...
...my father died about 13years ago,he used to wear this silver chain around his neck,with a square piece hanging of the chain,with his enitiales on it,GP.
Now before i start,i must tell you a short story
when i was young,my father jokenlly asked me and my brother if he died what would we like to have from him.
my brother said the car(he was about 6years old then,i was 7years old)
i said the chain around his neck,
my father started laghfing and said,the chain why the chain
i said dont know
years past,then he died,
i did take the chain,and noticed 999 in very small numbers on the back
when i asked my mother what the hell is all this
she just smiled and said she met him with that chain on
and that she has never noticed the numbers 999
Now im a beliver of JC,and i know 666 is bad
But what is 999
please help
any rumor,articale,or story is help

Spartan, I'm sorry for your loss, and no disrespect was intended.

Simply, the only use of 999 that I am aware of is the emergency dialling code in the UK.

Have you considered that the number on the necklace has no significance, and is just a serial number?

I don't really know what it is, but perhaps you are the second messiah, false prophet, antichrist, long list of other biblical prophecies. Who knows? I don't really believe you are, I don't even really believe in a lot of the stuff in the bible or it's prophecies but I'll always leave the window open. You "might" be one of them.

Yes
but it was a hand made jewl
and in Sparta in those days,they would not use a number
they use a signiture or stamp
and its ok,about the respect thing,i know your intent
no probs in other words
Note;when i wore the chain,its like theres no probs...
..anyway,only whant to know if its a sacred or sometype of clan or something
i really dont know

No ,he was a very plain man,no cars or hobies
Do you think the 9 itself plays a roll
my mother is from Samos,i picked up a book on numoroligy(wich by the way ,my religion forbids these things)
anyway i read it
Pythagoris claims the num 9 as the most powerful of all numbers
And my life number,useing pythagosis way is a 9
i dont know about 6 or 9 bean opposites
but you got me thinking

when i first noticed it i was wearing it
and when i fliped to look at the back it was upside down,i saw 666 and freaked out
then i turned it normal way,its 999

The number 9 is know as a magical number. For instance, 9 x 2 = 18 and 8 + 1 = 9. No matter what numbers you multiply the number 9 the total when all numbers are added together always adds up to 9. Eternal! (If you work to a single digit).
