Police are hunting a wild panther after the beast is thought to have savaged a family saloon car in Shropshire leaving huge dents, scratch marks and a giant paw mark as evidence.

Well, that's suitable evidence to say that they exist--so I wonder why we still post things like this in the "cryptozoology" board.

They least they could do is not KILL the freaking cat (because that is totally the answer to everything, apparently), tranquilize the damn thing and figure out what is going on.

Pol_pot_lives_again please avoid resurrecting ancient threads unless you have something that significantly adds to or updates them, this one is over 6 years old so there's really no justification for bringing it back now based on what you've posted in it.
