Not really, It just proves there was a lack of hanger space in Iraq. Either that or Iraq had a real problem with training it's pilots
I still believe that IF Saddam had WMD's prior to the war. He either moved them out to syria or other nation with common goals, or they are very well buried.
But My belief in his not having them, but pretending to have them, knowing damn well we were going to attack anyway. He made Us and our allies look like the terrorist we are claiming to fight. Saddam knew he was going down. His press statements of making the desert turn red with allied blood is a statement of defience but false bravado. Whistling while walking through the graveyard.
To commit troops and resources without real substantial proof is in it's entirety very unreasonable and borders on dangerous. It adds more volatile fuel to a already hot fire.
Regardless of who provided the Intel, Isreal, U.K. U.S. or the tooth fairy it must be accurate.
Anytime innocent civilian lives, and the lives of our nations military's men and women are put in harms way, the Intel must be correct and verified. Without concrete information, and the ability to rely on that information, we are acting in a unlawful and terroristic manner. You cannot engage in a pre-emptive war based on faulty intel, or good intel that was used in a faulty manner, and expect no retaliation or bad press. It seems now that our intel wasn't what it should be, the powers that be are playing duck and cover as well as finger pointing.
History will tell.
