The rest is probably false, setting the story during Stalins rule would mean theres little chance of anyone being able to find any records relating to it, since they dont exist.

i agree, if it went back the clock wouldnt change but someone would find the baloon in 1965 with the date saying 1995, if it were possible to go back the clock wouldnt change, it would have dissapeared altogether.

Time does not exist in the way we have all been led to believe. The soul creates and percieves in a series of images which it simultaneously converts into a moving film and adds the depths of 3 dimensional perspective. This is how when we sleep or day dream what we view changes then we return to where we last remembered. Paul Brunton has written extensively on this subject.
