You might have a bit more fun if you research the topic a little bit. There are a multitude of tests and such on the internet that you can take, however, many of these are rigged. Your best bet when you find one is to find reviews both for and against it, giving you both sides of the story instead of just the one that the owner is trying to give you.

Personally, I follow the rules of skepticism, so a test for telekinetic skills has to be set up correctly to trust the results. If there are to many easily isolated variables, then it will mean nothing.

If telekinesis exists then by its very nature it'll have be something you have to teach yourself really. my only suggestion is try meditating, but i couldn't tell you if that'll help you.
