Your question can only be answered if the one who answers believes in God.

My Favorite line in the Hitchhikers guide series goes something like this.
apparently going into Hypredrive is just like being drunk.
so whats so bad about getting drunk.
hmmm ,

It hasn't even been proven that God ever existed, nor has it been proven that he made us. So then the question changes over to this:
Humans were made by the Universe...
What exactly made the Universe ???? :s3
Kismit
Nov 3 2002, 09:46 AM
The Chicken.......um no maybe it was the egg ..
and just maybe Dr Brain should be asking . WHAT made God ? and Mentalcase should be asking . WHO made the universe ?
Perhaps God started out as an ameba in a puddle and just needed something to do with his spare time after he evolved ?
This thread is trully bizzare :sj

My favourite part of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy :
The machine thats taken millions of years to try and work out the answer to the universe, life and everything....
....and the answer is 42.

I don't think that an entity created the universe, the universe created the entity. So with that said...it would be, WHAT made the Universe. :s8 :s04 :su

ENOUGH!
OK......First listen to me.....I do not believe in God....and I neither like being called an Atheist.... :s3 ....I have been living in an environment where my parents are firm believers of God....yet because of my nature of "QUESTIONING THE ANSWERS" ........I got stuck on this Question.....
I am not interested "WHO MADE THE UNIVERSE" ...The answer again comes to that God made the Universe.... :s3
But what I want to know about Universe is "Whats outside Universe(s) " ???
Man will never be able to sort it down.....I think the only solution for man is Keep the earth alive by Greenery and all....and DEVELOP technology to defend the meteors and asteroids.....We should just enjoy our stay on earth and originally there's nothing to fuss about..UFO has always been puzzling..... :s9
Man has no bars...He is a greedy being .......If NASA ever makes a SPACE STATION on Mars...He would start expedition on jupiter...then saturn...then pluto..and so on...theres no end....
Like I stated be4 ...that MAN SHOULD STICK TO WHAT HE HAS GOT......
Its my theory :
"Living For Survival"
:s3

Dr. Brain - the earth has only a limited life span and for the human race to survive it must seek to colonise new planets. Hopefully by the we are able to do so we will be enlightened enough to do so in enviromentally sound ways.
Even before the time when earth has lived it's course we will have the more pressing problem of over population, which will be far more devastating to the earths ecology than anything else. To keep earth's ecology in balance, we have to colonise new worlds otherwise to keep ourselves alive we will destroy so much of earth
Dr.Brain
Nov 3 2002, 02:11 PM
Hmmm... :s3
PurpleStuart ...Thats what I am talking about ..
"Living For Survival
If for survival there is a need to inherit some other planet where life can be possible...there are no objections.... ANYTHING FOR LIFE......but yes ANYHTING for mother Earth.... :s3

Ok lets bak to the main topic:
QUESTION: Who made God?
According to me there's only one ANSWER than supports this...
There's no God probably... :s3

Here is a thought.
Maybe God was created by the collective cocsiosness of people . Like that fake ghost that was created for a seance (hmm what was his name?)
SO then obviosly people can not exist unless God created them and God can not exist unless people created him.
Oh my Imaginary diety , I can not hang out in this thread anymore as you are all obviosly just figments of my Imagination :su

actually the dinosaur, but we really are going off topic now...
Mr. Underhill
Nov 5 2002, 12:03 AM
The egg, because it was laid by whatever was the genetic predecessor to the chicken.
However, that brings up a more serious question... was the chicken's ancestor just as tasty?
PurpleStuart
Nov 5 2002, 12:07 AM
yup, apparently dinosaurs taste just like chicken :D

Nov 5 2002, 11:16 AM

Mr. Underhill
Nov 6 2002, 11:34 PM
If so, we need to de-evolve some chickens... their ancestors were probably much larger... and with less gamey taste!

Nov 8 2002, 05:03 PM
Actually the HEN came first because if THE EGG would have come first there would be no one to incubate or give heat to it.... :s3
