i got it from that site. it uses DesktopX i have windows XP
they have free things and then theres the membership which has so much more customizing things.

playing sims 2 in a window or full screen
here just create a new sims 2 icon and chance the path way tooooo...
"C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\The Sims 2\TSBin\Sims2.exe" -w
it will pop up in a window
my friend says you can do that with most games. they just dont tell you
