I have noticed that the weather here in Canada has been a lot 'dryer' in the past few years. From watching local American news broadcasts I've learnt that the northern United States is now having similar weather conditions that southern Canada used to have. Even places like Las Vegas is getting more snow then ever before. Here in Canada we are plagued with drought.
Since the United States is the largest producer of greenhouse gases, with no real initiative to slow down (kyoto) I propose that the United States government is futher terraforming the earth in an attempt to steal precipitation from Canada. This would then give the farmers of the United states more rain to grow better crops.
Fuel efficient vehicles are beginnig to become more affordable, but are still not economical enough (initial cost) to merit buying one. When the United States governmet has decided that the climate in the US is desirable. Efficiency then will be priority one.
Any thoughts?

could just be an effect of the poles shifting. while i think it's possible, it seems a little excessive to steal weather.

I don't think the US is terraforming the Earth. The giant reptiles, perhaps, but not the US.

Here you go
Oh, well. some people blame El Nino for the weather in North America, but nobody knows for sure what causes the regional anomalies. The weather in Colorado, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico has been extremely dry for the last three years with precipitation way below the average.
But Cufflink is right, this is the work of the reptiles

If the US is "stealing" weather, then I don't think it is to specifically target Canada. It would be impossible to target a certain country. The US is the world's largest polluter, and it is the largest emitter of carbon dioxide. Whereas other countries have signed the Kyoto Agreement, the US did not, which shows its arrogance and its unconcern for the well-being of our planet. But what do you expect? Bush is supposedly one of those reptilians.

In reality he's right. I've been working on a top secret project with the help of a few of my closest friends here to replenish our water supply and teach those nasty Canadians a lesson. What the lesson is we're not real sure just yet, but we'll come up with something soon.

Yes, but all other countries have signed the Kyoto Agreement to reduce their greenhouse emissions. But the US hasn't. It is not helping in any way whatsoever by refusing to reduce its emissions.
All this talk of emissions is sounding rude.
