I was out last night after dark, and I noticed a homeless man walking ahead of me, he layed down on one of two benches ahead of me. I destinctly remember that the lamp post was casting light on the other bench, not the one he laid down on. I returned about an hour later, and he was still there, but his bench was in the light, while the other wasn't. The lamp had changed what it was pointed at! I was wondering if there could be camaras in there and if anyone else has had this experiance?

I think you'll find this interesting, it is an article about how there is an inexpensive way to send data through power lines. It sounded bazaar to me at first, but this is a pretty main stream magazine, so you should check it out.

P.S. Good luck with the lamps!

This is fascinating. In fact, creepy...
Last night (4/19) I was walking home from the local fitness center in my neighborhood in Minniapolis (a low income area) and I saw a spot where the spring frost had up heaved the sidewalk just today. THE NEXT MORNING, the crew was there. This was not scheduled, and I know that that sidewalk had gone kaputt that day. Normally, we receive little workman attention at all. The only difference is that we are a "high illicit activity area" which means we receive the best surveillance technology....

Thanks for the artical veggieboy, I was suprised that they can send informaiton through lines with electricity already in them, either direction too!
P.S. are you a vegetarian?

I wish I'd pay attention to the titles of the programs I watch! A&E had a wonderful special on where cameras are. You know - the whole big brother thing! London has tons of cameras as I understand and so does New York - just look at your listings for A&E they replay their stuff all the time! If I see it listed I will let you know!

Great, thanks! I can't be sure of anything of course, it's just creepy to think about how many people have lamp posts near their houses. The one closest to me is burnt out, but who knows?

Man, I think I saw that show on A&E. Did it mention face recognition by any chance?
Thanks,

Do you normally have a conversation with yourself? You share the same IP address as your vegetarian friend, and joined the forum within minutes of each other. Coincidence? I think not. Please contact SaRuMaN to reinstate your posting abilities. I will be sending this in a PM as well.
