What purpose does the file 'count' serve, and why can't I delete it from my cache? It gives unexplained mysteries as it's internet address.

The site doesn't use any cookies called 'count', nor should there be any files assocoiated with Unexplained Mysteries of that name.

Does this file have an extension, and is there anything inside it ?
