The titles from the old forum have now been fully implemented into the new one, and there is now a progress graphic underneath everyones name to represent how far up the rank titles you are. This replaces the stars system that were present in the old forum.

There has been only a few minor changes to the post based ranks :

0-10 : Alien Embryo
10-50 : Extra Terrestrial
50-100 : Freaky Dabbler
100-150 : Telekinetic
150-300 : Remote Viewer
300-450 : Paranormal Investigator
450-600 : Ghost Hunter
600-1000 : Conspiracy Theorist
1000-1500 : Government Agent
1500-2000 : M.I.B

Unlike in the old forum, I can now add an infinite number of these titles, whereas before I was only limited to 8.

I'm open to suggestions for additional ranks, in particular ones to put in between the existing ones, especially in some of the larger gaps.

I still go for 'GHOST HUNTER' but also 'FREAKY DABBLER'.

"Ghost Hunter" is a good one - I've put it in after "Paranormal Investigator" for 450 posts. I'm not sure where to put "Freaky Dabbler", I think it would probably go well lower down the list, perhaps after/before Telekinetic ?

I think there is a custom titles mod somewhere around - I can have a go at finding one if you like. I can't guarantee that there is one, but I'm pretty sure I saw something along those lines on the phpBB web site.

so would "Grey" and "Polterguiest" and i must admit i did like your original suggestion of "Majestic 12" too and how about "Sasquatch" (sp?)
