Umm...i'm not quite sure how to do this, but i'd like to be assigned to a debate...i remember a couple months back i signed up and then i lost my internet access up until now, but i'm back, so i'd like to be able to debate now...how would i do this?

Well the system has undergone some changes now mate. You're no longer assigned to debate, instead you browse the debates forum and see if there are any debates that are awaiting debaters that you may be interested in.
For example, right now there is a debate on abortion that has no debaters.
If you'd like to debate in one, simply post your interest, and you'll be signed up. Once two debaters have posted their interest a coin flip will most likely decide who is debating what side, and away you go!

There was somthing on the news earlier...It was called Custom Baby or somthing like that. It's used to examine embryoes for disease but some people are against it because you can also choose gender but the rest are discarded, and those are the pro-life people. I would personally debate for it.
