Okay peeps, here's what I'm gonna do...
I'm gonna make post for the fiirst match, and just edit it to include a review of each match as it happens

As I type, the Dudleys are wrestling RVD and Rey...
The opening video was very good by the way...
Dudleys vs RVD and Rey Mysterior Jr.Didn't we JUST see this match on Smackdown?

The WWE need to learn the meaning of delayed gratification...this far, it's not bee a bad match, but RVD and Buh-Buh are both working very stiff tonight. So far though...I wouldn't recognise this as a ppv match. There's absolutely nothing to make it special or different, and it does seem pretty bad booking to me.
Finnish is....*waits for it*...urg...Rey shouldn't do a bronco buster...Rey hit a double 616 on the Dudleys, followed by RVD hitting a frog splash on D'von for the pin.
Hardest worker of the match: Rey Mysterio
Worst worker of the match: BuBuh Ray Dudley
Match rating (out of five stars): **1/2...not bad, but nothing special at all. Strictly an opener to warm up the crowd
My prediction: wrong (0/1)Stay tuned for the next match

Sidenote: Booker T promo...hyping his match up with Taker. He was doing okay until he started talking about all his vodoo crap.
And here comes Kurt...cutting a promo from the top of a...big..mobile...platform. That was quite funny actually

Cheap heat making fun of the home town; heh, sounds like he wrote it himself, it's better than the stuff he's had lately. In any event, he's talking about Torrie Wilson...oh...nevermind, I don't care anymore...

Bla bla, Kurt called Torrie out...waste of air time...what's with her silly pink thigh highs?

He's telling her she'll be fired if she loses in her upcoming match...apparantly we're supposed to care
Dawn Marie vs Torrie WilsonTiolet break
Hardest worker of the match: the referee
Worst worker of the match: too close to call
Rating: *...why is this on ppv?
Bradshaw promo...the script was kind of funny, but he was more wooden than Vince looking at a 600lbs wannabe wrestler.
Scotty 2 Hotty vs MordekiMordeki's intro was milked way too much, and nobody seemed to care...Scotty did really well at looking like he was terrified though....and the first four seconds of this match showed this guy's just a powerhouse, not a wrestler. Oh well...
I'll give the guy credit, he goes give the impression of being very savage in the ring, without having to work too stiff to do it. The crowd aren't really into it though *hears a "boring" chant*.
Well, it's over within two minutes, and the only thing I saw from Mordeki were punches, kicks, and a clothesline...not a SINGLE wrestling move...and there's the razor edge...what a coincidence...that's Conscience's finnisher
Well, that was about as impressive as Jackie Gayda's in ring debut
Hardest worker of the match: Scotty, by far
Worst worker of the match: Doesn't leave much to wonder, does it?
Match rating: *1/2 - abysmal.
urg...segment where Jaqueline gave Chavo some frilly underwear...which went on to get pawed by his father. Please...please let Chavo win....
Rico and Haas vs Hardcore Holly and Billy Gunnlol...I love the way Haas reactions to Rico's entrance...heh, he's great. Anyway, hopefully, this'll be quick.
Rico and Holly starting things off....LOL...Billy and Hardcore spent a little time argueing about who had to start off with Rico; nice touch.
Haas managed to make this a wrestling match instead of the usual spot fests tag team matches have been lately. There does seem to be a big of psychology here...slow build up as Haas outwrestles Holly, before Holly expodes into a brawl, especially after getting fed up of Rico's antics. Basic, but it's more than most tag teams bother with nowadays.
The crowd were really marking out for Rico...I was worried this match was gonna get absolute silence. Jackie worked pretty hard at working the crowd up too. Finish was Haas pinning Holly after, while Holly went for his finnisher, Rico hit him with a superkick, forcing him into the roll up.
Hardest worker of the match: Rico...Haas started to be a little lazy towards the end
Worst worker of the match: Billy Gunn
Match rating: **3/4 - best match thus far...although still not exactly awe inspiring. I wouldn't have been very impressed to have seen it on smackdown.
My prediction: Right (1/1)Paul Bearer promo...Undertaker looking very strong and...forbidding

"Rest....In...Peace." And in that hat, he looks kinda like Clint Eastwood
Chavo vs JaquelineWasn't a bad match...Chavo was obviously very limited because he had one arm behind his back, and Jaqueline just can't perform at that level...however, they worked hard, and things actually looked up a little after, with the ref distracted, Chavo's father untied his hand and he proceeded to destroy Jaqueline.
Chavo eventually went over clean...well...aside from the fact he was supposed to have his hand behind his back. However, I do find myself wondering why in the hell they gave her the title at all in that case!? I could understand her being an unverdog challenger...but why on earth give her the title for the blink of an eye if all it did was reduce the belt's credibility.
Hardest worker of the match: Chavo
Worst worker: Jaqueline...although she did work hard...she's just not in Chavo's league.
Match rating: **3/4 - not bad...but Chavo was wasted.
My prediction: wrong (thank god) (1/2)Hype vid for Cena vs Rene Dupree...was pretty good.
Cena vs DupreeI've been looking forward to this one the most on the card...out comes Cena to a huge pop, closely followed by a quick rap...wasn't so bad. He's allowed to let his hair down a bit more on ppv than the tame promos he has to give on tv. Anyway, this match should take a while, so I'll post this, and get back to you at the finish

You know...that was a
great match! Both guys worked their asses off, and had a well paced, very physical outing, that has actually made me glad I sat through the appauling undercard

Very few complaints at all...great work by both of them, and the finish was a thing of beauty...Rene got whipped into the corner and, as Cena charged in behind, he went for a leapfrog. Cena, however, caught him on his shoulders in mid-air, straight into a picture perfect F-U for the pin
Cena then spent about four or five minutes working the crowd, milking the shirt throwing, before actually going up through the crowd when he saw a Cena sign, and posing with the fan; now there's a guy who knows how to get the crowd lovin' him
Hardest worker of the match: They both worked their asses off
Worst worker of the match: see above
Match rating: ***1/3 - great match...the only one so far that I consider PPV worthy.
My prediction: Wrong...wow, I was off my game this month (1/3)Hype vid for the next match, which is...
Taker vs Booker TTaker got a huge pop as expected...wow...someone's really screaming

Now, I'm prepaired to keep my eyes open, because I'll probably miss this match if I blink...
Oh for god sake Michael Cole, stop talking about "Is he really alive...or dead..."...urg...there's a limit to suspension of disbelief you moron.
Undertaker's starting out with a good psychological stare down...Booker looks pretty scared. And is it just me, or is Taker's hairline starting to look like Vegeta's from DBZ?
You know...I was pleasantly surprised. The match ended up an extremely back and forth affair that managed to really put Booker over. It wasn't a spell binding technical affair, but it told a very good story...wasn't a story I like very much (Booker kept going back to that little bag of vodoo stuff, and everytime he picked it up he managed to regain the advantage...it was a little cheesy, but entertaining in its own way). I was impressed with how hard both these guys worked, and it was a much better (and longer) match than I expected.
Taker did, however, eventually win the same way I thought he would...lazy chokeslam, followed by generic tombestone.
Hardest worker in the match: Booker T
Worst Worker: Taker...who was more than slightly carried for most of it...but no slight to him, at least he didn't squash Booker T.
Match rating: ***1/2 - very good actually....the upper card has, so far, made it a little more worth watching...
my prediction: Right (2/3)And oh no....here comes the pain(ful)....
Bradshaw vs EddieOh well....I don't expect him to manage to go thirty minutes, but I'll get back to you when Bradshaw gets pinned, and Eddie ends this joke of a push.
Okay...some 40 minutes later, and I'm pleasantly surprised....and I have a new appreciation for just how INCREDIBLE Eddie is! Because make no mistake, that 40 minutes was all him!
Eddie might have had to call evey spot (Bradshaw still blew at least four of them), and he might have had to take every big bump in the match to keep the crowd interested, but DAMN did he single handedly pull out an amazing match (Bradshaw was just...there).
This is what the Brock Lesnar vs Goldberg match SHOULD have been...one extremely talented worker, carrying a talentless one to a great bout, based purely on emotion. Right from the start, Eddie was berserk on Bradshaw, dominating him for the first part of the match, which really suited the story...you could honestly believe Eddie was out for revenge, and was going to move heaven and earth to get it done.
The advantage shifted a few times throughout the match and, some very questionable offence from Bradshaw later, ended up on the outside as Bradshaw landed Eddie in a backdrop across the table (Eddie got a great height on his flip...he didn't break the table though). At this point, Bradshaw suddenly became more clueless than normal, and rolled into the ring to catch his breath (he looked like he was having an asthma attack), and Eddie had to break cayfabe to get up and rush back into the ring before he got counted out....great thinking Bradshaw
After a ref bump, Bradshaw would go on to use a steel chair on Eddie...and HUGE ups to Eddie on his very risky blading...I don't think I've ever seen anyone blade quite that deep, and Eddie made one hell of a sacrifice to make this match mean something. Even after unloading pints into the ring, Eddie kept up his world class performance throughout....until the eventual finnish, which I'm not happy about at all.
Basically, Bradshaw grabbed a chair, and grabbed the title belt...throwing the chair into the ring, he waited for the ref to take it away, and ran into the ring to attack Eddie with the title. Eddie, however, fought it off him and, just as the ref turned back, blasted Bradshaw in the head with it, and was DQed.
Interestingly enough, I predicted this ending to Talon about ten minutes before the match started.
Normally, I'd hate that...but Eddie then went on to beat the living crap out Bradshaw, and very soundly see him off. While I'm not very pleased to believe that, as the match didn't have definate finish, we might not have seen the end of this...fued...I've never been more impressed with Eddie's abilities.
Great match...surprisingly great...between a man who is by far and away the best wrestler on the face of the planet....and his sidekick Bradshaw.
Hardest worker of the match: Eddie
Worst worker of the match: Bradshaw...most obvious carrying job I've ever seen, but DAMN Eddie did it so well.
Match rating: ****...Eddie rules.
My prediction: Though my prediction posted here was wrong, I did manage to predict the finish with 100% accuracy right before the match...so I'll count it as a sucess
(3/3)hmm...phew...tired...
OverveiwWas it a great show? No....but it wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be. I think I severely underestimated Eddie's ability to drag a good match out of Bradshaw (well...really, he dragged it out of himself, Bradshaw put on a performace I wouldn't expect from Shane McMahon), and there's no doubt in my mind Eddie carried the weight of this entire show on his shoulders.
With a little help from Cena, Dupree, and Booker T, Eddie managed to make a show that was
just saved by its main events...cudos to those guys indeed. I also hope, really hope, that Mordeki and Bradshaw both disappear forever...*waves to their bulbous forms, receding into the distance*
