I once dreamed of looking outside my window and seeing a ufo coming across the horizon, coming up close the house, and flying overhead. What's more important in dreams is not what you saw, but how you felt. And I had some pretty intense feelings in that dream. I think it was a lucid dream, or super-realistic dream.
I felt both incredibly frightened and amazed. I felt like my world had changed (which in real life, it most likely would).
I think the reason I had the dream was because I had recently seen a ufo in the sky (huge fireball, was in the air for 30 sec or more, I now am sure it was a huge meteor, but I didn't know for sure at the time).
As for what ufo dreams mean, it's a personal thing. They mean different things to different people. I think my dream came about because I had just seen a ufo and was thinking thoughts about ufos that I had never thought before, and it stressed me out (the stress probably caused it to be so lucid and slightly nightmare-like).
Edit: Thanks

Its been years ago, when I was in my late teens or early to mid twenties, but I had at least 3 or 4 dreams with UFOs (well, spaceships really) in them - and it was a nail-biting heart-pounding fear-driven ride each time, with them hovering over a semi that was parked and idling in a big city alley, or when they were chasing me and my family in a truck my uncle was driving, etc. But then, I was really, really interested at that time, and was reading Strieber's books, and all the shows were on TV all the time, and I had a friend who was even more into UFOs than me, and has a much deeper lore of them. What does it mean? I think it means I was really REALLY into UFOs and wanted to see them in some fashion, and so I did. I've only seen one thing I could call a UFO and it was a black triangle of lights following us along a highway as we came back from going to see a "Spooklight".

I seen many UFO's in y dreams, but it's usually after I get off the internet late night. And I'm on the internet looking at alien websites so I think about it when I go to bed so that's probably why.

I don't remember any UFO dreams, but occasionally I'll have one of cosmic phenomena, like eclipses or weird things with the moon.
My favorite one was this: I was standing outside looking at the sky. First a meteor shot across my field of vision from the right, then the left, and then the right again. Only with the third one, instead of burning out, it came right to me and started opening up, like a tunnel. There were gems of all colors sprinkled throughout it, and I think I was about to enter the tunnel when I woke up.
Any thoughts on what this means?

Not that I believe in it but I read an article once that said a very common dream many people have is of large objects floating in the sky. Whether they are the ships that brought our ancestors here, or the ones that gave us a kick start, who's' to know.
Well, I dreamed I saw the silver
Space ships flying
In the yellow haze of the sun,
There were children crying
And colors flying
All around the chosen ones.
All in a dream, all in a dream
The loading had begun.
They were flying Mother Nature's
Silver seed to a new home in the sun.

Silver seed to a new home.

I had a dream that these 2 aliens warped into my room and they were nice aliens so i gave them some candy (worthers original) it was pretty strange actually...and then they started to get worried and were glancing outside my window and they looked at eachother and beamed away, I looked outside and saw another spaceship coming towards me, it was the bad aliens coming to abduct me.

Nearly every night for the past 2 or 3 weeks,i have been dreaming about UFO's.In my dreams,i am just an observer,i am outside watching what they are doing, there's no interaction. They gather together in the sky,and then they "collect" things they need, one night it was electricity, another night is was natural gas, another, they just beamed lights on different houses(I don't know what they were doing exactly). In my dreams,i know there are certain things they need and are coming to Earth to get,and i just silently watch.I have no clue what it would mean.

I have a re occuring nightmare about a huge mothership hovering above my house, its usually triangular and small orbs are coming out of it.The mothership takes over the whole sky,is ussually black in colour with tiny lights. It seems so vivid and realistic with the whole neighbourhood panicking and news reporters filming the crazyness! In my dream I panic but am more amazed by the size of the thing. It doesnt seem friendly either.
I first dreamt this when I was about 9,im 27 now and am still having it? I'll probably dream it tonight. oh no! :cry

I have had a number of them, from seeing them in the sky to being on board and having injections and similar procedures. But my logical reason is the huge number of ufo books I read and my own belief 99% of alleged abductions and similar experiences are a gift and a privilege, and many people claim vastly improved abilities as a result.
I am invariably elated during these dreams, and equally disappointed when I wake up and realise it was just a dream, and personally eagerly await the time when it happens but I don't wake up as I am awake already.
Many alleged abductees also have negative experiences, I know, but few have any genuine problems afterwards, only their own fear of the unfamiliar.

I've had a few ufo dreams over the last couple of years, probably due to my interest in the unexplained.
Though when I was a young child I had the same ufo dream 2 or 3 times. I was only about 6 at the time and had no interest at all in the unexplained. A total scaredy cat, I would hide my face at anything I found remotely scary.
Anyway in my dream I was up in deep space I could see one of the planets up close all the stars, the sky was black but the brightness of the stars it was beautiful.
I remember I was transferred into a large ship? there was a lot of glass windows? with which you could view outside. There was long corridors and shut doors it was mainly metal and glass.
I hated waking from these dreams I loved them . It was so beautiful.
Was it my imagination I don't know?

I have on many occasions. It started a few years back I dreamed that UFO's were coming in from the south so i looked out the window an saw one then i woke up. I have had many others about them swarming over our house i was not scared or anything other than exited at what i was seeing in these dreams. I had another one were a flying saucer was reaching a metal claw through a window at me. But in my most recent one i was watching the ufo's then a triangle landed and i opened it. it turned out to be a cargo ship hauling umbrellas as gifts to earth but whenver one was opened it called aliens to invade the earth. I don't know if they meen anything except i watch to much Sci-Fi.
