Okay, maybe someone here can help me with this one. I was in my parents' house all alone at night. I kept feeling more scared that somebody was going to break in and attack me. I finally just left. As I was getting in my car, I noticed that the screen of my cell phone was lit up. I was expecting there to be a few 0's or 1's or something to erase, but instead the screen said "Life Timer 0083:49". I have never before seen a screen like this on my phone, even when I searched through it later that night. So, I figure it must be due to some paranormal activity. Can anybody out there explain this to me?
Thanks!

I know there are a lot of different phones out there and I don't know what kind you have, or who your service provider is, but mine is Verizon, and my phone is a motorola. I do have a menu that keeps track of all calls (all of the minutes) until you clear them. I have ended up with this never-used menu by accident before. Right now mine says : Lifetime: 10:39:07, Last call : 00:3:25. This means All calls
on the phone (lifetime) are 10 hours, 39 minutes, 7 seconds since I cleared it. The last call was 3 minutes and 25 seconds. You probably have 83 hours and 49 minutes worth of of calls on your phone. Hope this helps!

Enough said. Yeah that's probably what happened I have a Cingular you probably
hit the call timer button or something like that. It don't seem like anything to worry about for the cell phone. As for you being scared in the house you just got the spooks sounds like.So nothing to worry about.

Thanks! I knew there had to be an explanation, logical or otherwise. I'm just glad it was logical...
Yeah, my imagination over-reacted, no doubt. Maybe I should take a little time to get better acquainted with my phone so this doesn't happen again!

Yeah I have a Motorola (the cool new flip phone) and I haven't had an expierence like that before maybe you just forgot to turn it off? Sometimes when a phone is left idle it can bring funny subjects on the main menu.

I have Rogers AT&T and I have to check my voice mail, by going into the Settings mode. I'm sure it wasn't anything to do with the paranormal what you saw on your computer.

Yeah my phone turns off and on all the time and when I'm talking to someone it hangs up and dials back all the time. (Thats because Cingular sucks) And I got a 2year contract!

I finally just found out how to get to a similar screen on the phone, though not the same one.
For all the practical explanations that can be applied to the situation, it still had impeccable timing. Especially since I've had the same phone for two years now, and like I said before, that was the first time I had ever seen that screen. And it took extreme "Knowing what you're doing" to get to the screen I did find.
For what it's worth.
