i dunno what happen but on the mp3 it says please reformat when i turn it on I tried plugging it into the computer and right click to reformat it it just doesn't work when i go into it it just say something about an I/O error

I doesn't have any program on the CD so that you can reformat it. The instruction is written in some foreignlanguage so i cant turn to the manual. Any help?

What model is the player?

i dunno it made in taiwan i dont think it some well known company. i might have a good look at the mp3 to find out its model.
