Code Veronica wasn't PS exclusive. It first appeared on Dreamcast, before PS2 was released. Them it was released as Code Veronica X on PS2 and Gamecube.

RE4 will be Gamecube only however, just like the Remake and Zero. PS2 is simply not powerful enough to handle the graphics and gameplay of it, but Gamecube is.

I don't remember exactly. He joined STARS directly after so it couldn't have been anything major.

Because Resident Evil has a lot less character development than a lot of titles out there, so finding a real focus on characters can be a problem, for example we never find out why Chris was kicked out of the Air Force for, and can only speculate from other reports. Chances are, from the details of Jill's Diary in Resident Evil 3, Chris has a anger problem and this could have resulted in him leaving the air force.

The first picture you posted, that's IN GAME graphics. The second, that's CG, not in game, the third is art work. Obviously in game will look worse than art or CG, even though in this case i think it looks better. More realistic. Less.. japanese.

That can be explained. The first picture is from the Remake, the second is from Code: veronica, and the third is a drawing from the original game in 1996. None of them are from the same game.

Oh well.I have a question though. On resident evil fan they had an interview with the guy that voiced chris in the remake. How com they didnt get the same guy?

Because the original actors SUCKED. haha. They probably wanted voice actors with talent, which is what they got, for the remake.
Plus, that was 5 years ago before the remake was made, i highly doubt the same actors would want to do the job again. Who knows, maybe capcom asked them and they said no?

In the japanese only directors cut, chris is shown smoking a cigarette. This was taken out of the US/UK versions for political correctness.

remember in the original when the boulder chases you in the caves? it was funny how the character models move when they get run over by it. that game is more of a comedy than a horror now, dont ya think?

BS, what about Duke Nukem? DN3D was really gory and there were porno mags laying around everywhere and you could pay strippers to show you their tits(even tho you could hardly make them out). that must have been a very on-the-edge game when it first came out

Yeah, it was suspended for a year because the censors were all over it. The way they got around the sensors is there is actually no nudity or swear words. Think about it, the boobs are covered with tassles, the tied up chicks have vines covering their parts etc. And he never actually cusses once, just alot of slang.
Gore on the other hand, well that seems to have no problem getting into games, movies, tv, you name it. I've always found that a little odd..
