Good move for capcom porting to the PS2. Sadly it'll look terrible compared to how it'll look on the GC, and the main aspects of the game will be lost. In short, it'll make many peoples impressions of the game less than what they should be. Still, it IS awesome.

and the xbox has some great games for it halo 2, stars wars kotor etc i mean even the new grand theft auto is coming out for it, and thats the only game the ps2 can hold over the xbox at the moment...

Last night i watched a show on SPIKETV you would have really enjoyed, Mr Halo.

It was called 'Ultimate Gamer' and this week on the show it was about a fat kid who was selected as the worlds ultimate Halo gamer. They gave him everything from signed Halo stuff to the worlds first copy of Halo 2, a 'Halo Pad' which was a room dedicated to Halo, etc etc etc. All this awesome Halo sh**.


I wish i was on that show.

o that would be awesome to be on that show. i would love to have a RE style room. that would kick SO much ass.

The HALO room they made for this kid was SO sweet.

On one wall it had a huge Halo painting and halo action figures and a huge halo model.

They gave this kid leather couches and glass tables and stuff, painted the room green, gave him a HUGE plasma wall mounted TV with halo paintings on the wall around it.

That kid suddenly became the coolest most popular kid ever, lol.

And the worlds first edition of HALO2. Could you imagine!!

damn that kid is VERY lucky. o yeah. i forgot to mention. the new RE Zero novel is out now. i was at the book store today and i saw it. i almost bought it but i didnt wanna spend my money on that. i ended up spending all my money at Burger king later on too but yeah i gotta get that book soon.

I know. It came out Oct 26th, a full month before it's scheduled release.

My best friend brought it for me for my birthday. I've read it already. It's good, but not great, and she doesn't really even attempt to make it fit in with the rest of the books, Trent isn't even in it. It's nothing more than a full runthrough of the game with a few rooms and puzzles missing.

I also brought both RE: Genesis and RE: Apocalypse a couple days ago. So far Genesis is REALLY awesome. Lots of extra detail ontop of the main story.

i havent got to reading Genesis yet. i bought it back in August and ive only read like the first 2 or 3 pages. i dont care how bad or good Zero is tho. im still getting it just to keep it in my collection.

I wonder if Danelle will be doing either Outbreak, Dead Aim etc. or maybe a couple more extra books. Ot RE4!! Either way i hope this series goes on way past 10 books, all the way to RE's end.

what if Resident Evil went on a lot longer than we plan on and we dont live to see its end. that would suck. but im sure she will do a book on RE4 at least. i dont know about Outbreak tho. too many chracters to have a stable story line for a book.

Apparently there is quite the outrage of PS2 attaining RE4 since it was supposed to be a GC exclusive. I think they have enough personally.
There's word that the graphics engine just wont be able to handle it, so it's not going to be a port that would be impossible. Instead, it'll be re-made kinda like RE Original was remade for the gameboy, with terrible graphics and gameplay.

Hmm. It could still be good.

Oh i'm sure it'll be better than Outbreak or any other recent PS2 Resident Evil.

But not as good as the GC version. Simply put.

Not just pretty graphics my friend. The game is gamecube based. Controls, playability, graphics, sound, etc etc will all suffer.
It's a silly move in my opinion that's all.

I just finished reading Resident Evil: Genesis.

SO GOOD. This guy, Keith R.A. DeCandido, is a much better writer than SD Perry. He should have done all the RE books.

I know, i know. I hate to say it, i'm a very loyal fan to Danelle, hell i have every piece of literature she's ever written.

But this guy is so good. He makes the first resident evil movie seem like lord of the rings.

Maybe im slow but I dont see what that has to do with anything.

He is such a good writer that he makes the first movie look like an epic.
