I actually appreciate Dead Aim more after this game.
When you think about it, dead aim's style is pretty identical to this, the main difference being when you aim it goes to full blow first person not over the sholder like in RE4.

Oh no, definately not. Reasonable graphics that compare to Outbreak, dire storyline, awful first-person perspective, no special unlockable stuff, barely 2 hours long, the camera follows the characte rlike in Re4 but it just doesn't work.

2 HOURS!? Thats ludicrous.

I would like to say that i'secondhe biggest RE fan ever i own all the games on all the platforms and have the all six books ever published in novel form.
That Being said the secind movie "Resident Evil Apocalypse" sucked from a gamers aspect.
The new Resident Evil game "Resident Evil 4" for the nintendo gamecube i got on the first day of release and it's incredible over the shoulder aiming system allows for flawless aiming able to shoot the heads off of your enemies and shoot the wepeons out of their hands.The story line is a far cry from the original story umbrella is gone and they're not zombies anymore their called"Ganado"which means "cattle" in spanish. It's one of the most incredible games i've ever played

Trust me, fans of the series don't get any bigger than i. I own 4 copies of resident evil one alone. Not to mention collectables of every sort, every guide written, action figures still in their cases, etc etc.

Well i can play the games blindfolded to but one handed would be a little impossible considering the controler configuration on every game is set up for two hands.

it's an overstatement, obviously, that would be about as possible eating a 4 course mean with one finger.

Yeah i know the writer Max Brooks used to write skits for SNL but he really writes it in a serious tone and it makes it real it's such a great book

Although i disagree with his whole 'zombies take 5 years to decompose' stuff, what makes them scary is the fact that they're rotting away!

Anyway, i'm not an El Gigante zombie fan, i just love the RE games, which i my opinion showcase the best zombies ever created. I'm not a fan of the typical 'ugghhbrains' zombies.

Yeah i don't like the stupid ones that's what makes RE4 such an awesome game thery hold wepeons and they're very strategic in how they attack not like just and endless line of zombies waiting toi be killed

Althought i would like to have seen, say, a game like RE2 with the perspective of RE4. While Dead Aim tried that it was so crap i feel the need to barf each time it's mentioned.

I really wish capcom remakes 2 and 3 the way they remade the first one.
Could you imagine being chased by Nemesis down back alley Raccoon streets with the graphics and engine of the GC put to it's full use?

It would be aweomse considering that nemesis was probably the smartest of all the bosses and the mos relentless.
And they did remake RE2andRE3 for the cube but it wqasn;t much of an improovment graphics still basicallyh the same it was just a consol change.
Still good to have though.

they didnt really remake them fir the Cube, theyn just ported them on there. i hope they really do remake the 2nd and 3rd games tho. that would be the shizznite.

Yeah as HD said they were just ports, including code veronica as well. No improvement.

Of course i have the books. Including Genesis and Apocalypse, i have Zero Hour, Umbrella Conspiracy, Caliban Cove, City of the Dead, Underworld, Nemesis and Code Veronica. 8 in total, although the movie books don't technically go with the novels by SD Perry.

i watched all the newgrounds RE videos a long time ago. my favourites are the resident koopa collection.
