The hell? You're selling your cube, which is the only way you can get the BEST 3 RE games, just so you can buy outbreak, which ranks about 8th in total out of the 12 or so RE games.

Anyway, i traded my copy for a new one. It works now, it seems, except i do still have problems with the game crashing. Only specifically when i play with one player, at random intervals when i'm ad-libing with the other characters. I looked it up, apparently it happens to other people too, so i guess i'll have to deal.

Anyway, the first senario of Outbreak, 'Outbreak', friggin rocks. I've played it over about 10 times now, only with 4 of the 8 characters, and still am only at 80% complete, with tons of items left to find. It's really great for replay value, especially with the points system, buying new character skins to play as and such.

i love the first scenerio. its so intense. but i always play through once, and i always get low level complete precentage. its still so fun tho.

I've been playing it through non-stop to get everything. I'm up to 83% completion on it, 14 out of 52 SP items, .

Best time, 8mins 03seconds. I wanted to get the highest score possible, so i got through on normal, no weapon, non damage, 8 mins. Not bad. 5203 points!

im only selling my cube cuz i hate it and wont play it since i now have a PS2. gamecubes suck. but i really think that PS2 shud have more resi evil games. though i found out on www.residentevilfan.com that resident evil 4 is coming out on PS2 !

Gamecubes don't suck. They just have sucky games.
Case in point, yes RE4 is coming to PS2, at the expense of it's amazing graphics, character models, control system and frames per second rate.
Because quite simply, the gamecube has ALOT more power than the PS2. Sadly, it's game collection leaves much to be desired.

Most ppl i know say that PS2s have better graphics than a gamecube and are more powerful.... maybe i shud sell my nintendo 64 instead ?

There isn't a game that comes close to that level of graphics on the PS2. Same with RE and RE0 on the Gamecube.

PS2 highest polygon count per character model: 5000 (RE4: Leon)
GC highest polygon count per character model: 10,000 (RE4: Leon)

Do the math. GC is twice as good as PS2, it's a known fact, and anyone who says otherwise is obviously very much mistaken, and biased towards GC's. The problem is, as i said, a lack of a good game library.

and yes i have seen RE4. it has the best graphics of any game ive seen in my whole life. ive never seen a game thats graphics could compare.

In the end, it's entirely up to your preference of games. I have a GC, only for the RE games, because i think they're the best games ever made. But it may just be a waste of space if you don't think you'll buy any games for it.

Yup, File 2 is FINALLY here. Although i have to say, it doesn't look that great. Only 4 senarios, compared to 5 in the first game. Wtf, you don't make the game have LESS if it's a sequel! Although there is a 5th senario, called 'Training Ground' which is basically like Outbreak in the first game, but i don't know if that counts.

Sadly, the thing was glitched beyond comparison, it only worked with RE2, and the trigger buttons reportedly stopped working within weeks of the purchase.

Pretty much all extra merchandise to 'enhance' gameplay is a big fat waste of money in my opinion. Unless it's something offical like a PS mouse or even steering wheel.
