right now you have it blinking once every 4 or 5 seconds.
Can you make it blink twice in the same time frame.

try cutting it down to 3 or 4 frames for the up and down movement

I'm not too sure how well that image is going to convert to a gif as the colours are limited but I'll give it a go...

Right click on the image, then select properties. copy the url. Then update your avatar with the url instead of uploading a new image

it was a long time in the making but I re-worked Burnside's to incorporate the lighter flicking and the light flickering, ooh, tongue twister.
