I can't think of anything other than like you said, redrawing the Alien...Using Photoshop probably, and a hell of a lotta' clone brush to get textures and colours right...

You could have the Alien kind of, lurch sideways off the table, so "he" gets closer faster, limiting the number of frames used...
I'll sure have a go, out of interest.

A while ago I posted a request in the signature thread about doing a banner for this thread (which can be seen here) as I lack photoshop and they have more experience in doing signature sized designs.

The request was accepted but it's taking its time so I've knocked up one myself using good ol' Windows Paint and Microsoft Word, proving you don't really have to have all those flashy programs...

...however, it is only temporary (check out the first post in this thread to view it) and if anyone else comes up with anything we all think is better then I'll change it.

Can someone help me explain . Happened to Snuffy's avator.

When I try the link that in that pic hailo, it says Bandwith exceded.. so what Im guessing happened is two things.

The bandwith was exceded meaning the gif could no longer be downloaded, but for whatever ever reason, when you put in the link, the error message got garbled.

can anyone suggest good effects for my avateer?

hailo, the avatar cannot be opened directly with a browser, otherwise you get the code for the GIF image instead of the picture.

If that happens when you click to view the image, change what it opens with in its properties, windows media viewer or something smilar.

Beyond my skills, maybe an smaller alien breaking out of its chest , just like from the movie alien ?

you'rre only allowed a certain amount of bandwidth per month, hailo... you've exceeded the amount, and now your pictures and animations cannot be seen. Give it time, they'll put it back to normal soon. It's happened to me before (it's why i took out the "Jesus is my anti-drug" picture in my sig)

okay im using the ulead GIF animator, i know its a bit stoogey but its only my second go lol, how do i get rid of the fuzziness of the second frame? Its really tickin me off!

Only way I know is to redo that frame, as its the frame itself for some reason is blurred. Ive never had ulead do that to me before . . what version are you using ? ?
