UA, you may have already posted this... but i'm running out the door... what program are you using?
Microsoft gif animator, and paint. simple, easy, and the gifs dont turn out too bad

I've done some animations with some sample program that came with windows XP, i forgot the name of it. As most beginning animators, i worked with stick figures, and what better way to portay a stick figure than to make it die?
so i did a few stick deaths, some i'm not too proud of, and some i am.
here's some of my favorites

Calm down tendo, make them your avatar and we'll animate them for you, but one at a time please it takes me hours for each one and it's not like we charge you for it.
After a very long weekend, I have a ton of stuff to do here at work, i'll get to animating as soon as possible.

Jeceris, rt click on the credit in my sig (or anyone else's) go to properties and get the url, add it as an IMG in your sig

ThisFallenDrummer, search the net for 'Microsoft GIF animator' its hard to find.
i've also heard of uled animator, but i think you have to pay for that, unless you fileshare and its available.
