Avatar work shop man you guys/gals must be busy. I look at all the very cool av's everyone has and damn I'm so old school, I had to walk 3 miles to school up hill and 3 miles up hill to get home.

As my name on this site is the silver thong I was wondering if maybe you could come up with a live action silver thong super hero chick. At the office we were comming up with super hero names and The silver thong is the name I gave a co-worker, we still call her that from time to time so a cool av would be cool.

Hello. I wanted to use this pic for my Sig. But I don't have a web site and I don't know what to do. Can any of you help me out? It's also kinda boring. hey UA, I want to learn how to make my eye blink or maybe just make thepupil dilate, I'm really good with photoshop, but those tutorials for animation are not helping me, maybe I'm just retarded. any help? suggestions?

Bizeebutt, use photoshop to save your pic in GIF format (this will keep your pic's colors, it will also lock the color pallete). Use paint to then cut and paste whatever movement you want in the image (blinking). be mindful to use the paint selector tool in ms paint with the gif image, if you need to fill in gaps. Save each frame as a number, then open with your GIF animator. Add each frame, figure out what timing works best and save.

As for the pupil dialating, photoshop should work fine for that, just make the pupil bigger and save it each time you do. when animating, you can copy the frames in backward order after your last frame (fully dialated) to make it go back and forth smoothly.

I'm not sure how super heroish it is but here are some animated .gifs. I made the hair and clothing as silvery as I could. The first one is fairly dark skinned because it brought out the silvery clothing more...

Animation 1 and 3 also have transparent backgrounds. They don't look that good with super dark backgrounds as the fiqures tends to show up a with light outlines.

Wow. I've been back a few weeks after not having been on here for almost a year, and I feel like a dinosaur...

I have the avatar equivalent of a ghetto blaster. Can someone help me? I'm not picky. Maybe just make my ghost do something funny? Actually, I don't even care what it does, just...something.

Apologies for the absence I just yesterday returned from a holiday in Egypt, only to find my computer broken. I'm on a collegues comp today but I'm hoping my old computer will work soon as at the moment it's not even turning on, and it's got every avatar I've done saved on it, I'd hate to lose it all

Anyway, some great stuff being done, I've added Dan'O to the animators list and hopefully when/if my computer gets repaired I can have a go at some.

guys... noones been able to help me... I downloaded the MS Gif Animator, animated my avatar, and then saved it... but when I try to upload it to this site, I just get one image. What gives?

Make me a Neo avatar with either him dodging bullets or stopping them.

First, make sure you are allowing a time span for each frame

Second, preview the file before saving

Third, open the file by double clicking it to make sure its working in windows
Fourth, right click the file and go to properties. check the filesize. If its over 100kb, it wont upload here, you'll have to get online storage (photobucket.com for example)

If you're still having problems just upload the file as an attachment and i'll see what i can do with it

Neo, i'll see if i can come up with anything for you. I may just DL the movie and make the gif with some frames. If thats what it comes to it'll take a while before i can get you the finished product

I did some image searching and found this. Granted i did not animate it, but its what you're looking for.

I did resize it from 60x60 to 100x100 pixels. but it increased the filesize to 184kb so you'll need to host it somewhere
