To put it as your avatar, first save it somewhere easy on your computer, such as your desktop. Then, when you go back to my controls, and to the avatar part, where it says upload a new image from my computer, browse your desktop, and click on the icon for the avatar. Then click update, and it will update your avatar.

I uploaded the image and replaced it for a new avatar.
However, the motion is still slow.

Hmm.. It doesn't look like it uploaded right.. Because thats the one you had before.. Just re-upload it again, using this link:

Lol, no worries here. She created it, I just edited it a bit to make it smooother. Probably didn't save right on her computer. Just keep your sig as it is.. Thats fine with me

While it was a great sig JBC, it was far too large. The limit for signature images is 50kb.

is there any way to make it smaller?

send me a link to it or just post it here again as an image. I will reduce the size for ya
