Huggs, I have just tested the picture and made it to under 9kb as you asked, it really isn't worth it, because when you reduce it's size, you reduce the amount of colours used within the picture, in this case, as it's 60kb if you change it to 9kb you get almost 1/6th of the colours you normally would, it equates to almost only 5 colours...*shrug*

you can use it in the forum with no worries, the maximum size for avatars is 100kb.

Hi Kaknelson, that particular animation is possible although very tricky to make look realistic, I've tried smoke before and have yet to master it.

However, unfortunately the person in that picture is a rastafarian and I can only assume he is smoking a joint. While I personally am not at all bothered by this it is against the forum rules for me to animate someone who is taking drugs;
