Well, I had to optimize and resize the heck out of it, but here's what I came up with:

ive noticed allot of people saying their avatar doesnt work anymore.
mine wasnt working either ,so i tinkered a bit with my commands and found that if you place the mouse pointer over your avatar,...right click ,..select refresh {whole page }
there is a great possibility it will work. it worked with mine so check it out if someone elese hasnt advised you to,.. and if you already tried it before,.. well i cant help you there.

I dont really mind what it looks like but I would prefer it to have its wings flapping. ^^ If you cant get its wings to flap then do what you wish.

I was just thinking how cool that would look animated... even tho I like my current one too much to be able to use it, it would still look pretty kewl if it... did something...

Griffon: I tried making the wings flap but it ended up looking really crappy. Do you have any requests for different animations, or should I just try whatever works?

Bigfoot: The only way I could really do that is with the print screen button and pausing and playing over and over again. You could try that out and if you can't do it, I guess I can give it a go.

I suggest reducing the quality of the avatar Mr. Fahrenheit did for you as if I remember correctly it was only just above the 100K limit. A slight loss of quality would be hardly noticable and then you'd be able to upload it directly to the site.

If you are unable to reduce the quality effectively, let me know and I'll give it a shot

Okay, there's the reduced version. It's about 96 kb, I think, so you should be able to save it to your computer and upload it straight to UM
