Either you do not have animated gifs activated in your browser settings or you are not being patient enough. Or perhaps you arn't looking at the correct avatar.

That's not strictly true, it is my philosophy that I encourage everyone and anyone to have a go at making avatars and my permission is certainly not required.

The only thing I have any control over is whom I put on the list as an official animator, which means nothing more than I've seen examples of your work and I like it, just a kind of quality control really. Plus it makes it easier for people to see the avatars already done by their attached galleries

i'm not real good at animating faces - hope this is good enough. i made it 115x115 pixels but if you need it smaller i can do it. it actually looks better smaller as the original image quality is bad.
