What is the deal with cars and motorcycles equiped with those loud mufflers?
Mostly teenagers modify their cars and they are sooo noisy,I almost get heart
attack when walking on the street.Same is with Harley's they are even more loud.
In my view there should be some law against this,if there is law regulating emmis-sions why not against the noise?

They do have some new laws in Seattle Washington were they wanted to start a law were teenagers can only drive their gas powered scooters on back roads and on the side of the roads. I don't mind it that much since we don't really see motorized scooters on our street.
I live on a semi main road across from a high school, you should hear the noise that comes at the end of the school day

What they don't realize is how incredibly stupid they look when they've spent a total of 8,000 dollars on glass packs and a stereo system - on an '89 Honda Civic.
And let's not forget the giant Pick-Ups with the 2 inch tires..

That's kind of funny because we had that happen to a couple of thugs here not to long ago. They ripped off a cigarette shop and tried to getaway in their lowrider truck. They got high centered on a speed bump and couldn't get away. Idiots. I've posted this story somewhere, hopefully it wasn't here so not to be redundant.
I kind of figured that had to have happened with one of those at some point. Thanks for the info Sweetpumper..

I myself use almost all the time ear plugs at home . My place is reasonably quiet
and far away from the street,but my roomate is geting kind of old and has his tv turned loud .I don't want to make scenes about noise problem ,but one day I will.
And reading books is so nice wearing earplugs,but I can still detect little bit of sound.I am gonna have to move underground one day to some cave or something.
i personally like the cars ans moterbikes i love them although i am 15 and about to get a car...

Police are at most of the high schools at lunch and let out times.
a couple of little kids and some students got hurt from stupid driving.
about 5 kids in less than a year.
Public outcry changed things.

the funny thing is they spend all this money on supping their cars up, then not long after they're trying to sell thim cause it cost to much to keep them running 
I actually dont have a problem with loud music. This is how I prefer music. I love the feel of bass.
