I just thought I'd post some of my old artwork, just for the hell of it. Here's a sketch I did with colored pencils and ink a few years ago.

That's gorgeous, the biggest problem that I have with my artwork is that I seem unable to develop a style of my own, everything I draw is like a bad reproduction, I'll try and scan some proof later.

don't worry about it, really. It took me years to find my own style, and I went through a few before I finally settled on one I could call my own.

And it's impossible not to be influenced by something, so if you like 20th century post-impressionism, just go with it. In your own way, of course.

I'll be posting more stuff, as I get it scanned.

Well, there always seems to be a woman angry at me, so maybe it was kind of an unconscious thing.

And last but not least, for today, anyhow, is a little thing I did at work, for no good reason at all.

I don't think she looks angry. To me it looks like she's saying "Come on over." Amazing what we all read into art subconciously.

When I look at the pic of the hulk, I just hear Brock Lesnar's music in my head...

Hey, you've already got graphic artists at the touch of a button here. If your thinkin' of advertisement, you'll know which people to look for.

Or you could sell your characters to video game producers. Make a game out of your characters, that would be awesome too.

I have no talent at all(artistic that is ) and think it is amasing how people can draw like that.

I can't get this sumbitch to flip right side up and stay that way for the life of me, so here goes anyway. This is a friend of mine's character, updated a bit. It was in a comic he actually had published years ago.

Here's a painting, it's older than dirt, and really small, but it's the only one that would fit in my scanner.



the character's name is the Twilight Avenger, he based it on the Shadow, from way back when.

Like flowers and butterflies. Lots of colors, very bright. I mean, I sketch sometimes too, but I rather just color and doodle.

this is from just a few minutes ago, I sketched this pretty quickly. It's gonna be the basis of a painting, illustrating a short story I wrote.

This one is still under work, and in scanning it changed a bit. (it's pain in the ass to scan something that's more than double the size of your scanner)

I like the shading, you make it look like it's stained glass.

That Shadow character reminds me of that anime character in Sailor Moon...

and this is an actual butterfly I found in my yard, I thought it was beautiful and heartbreaking at the same time, which is why I drew it.
