Man I can't wait till the playoffs.
Ok, i'm ready for my bashing, if I have ever offended anyone. I deserve it.
I jinxed my COLTs by bringing the Texans Syndrome with me.

I flew from Houston all the way to Indianapolis to watch my boys play. The Tailgate party started at 8 am, so by 9:30 am, I was piss drunk in the snow in 4 degree temperture. The high for the day was 16 degrees. I threw and hit a San Diego fan with my hot dog. I was not thinking like a grown up and being a bad host at the RCA dome to our guests, so sorry to the fan for that. I was also sorry for throwing my hotdog because it costed another freakin' 5 dollars for another one, not to mention nearly falling to my death on the steep stairs from nearly the nosebleed section.
s from the from the game later.

The battle for Reggie Bush is this weekend also right? TEXANS vs 49ers....
So what do you guys think the Texans should do if they do get Reggie Bush...... I am a Texans Season ticket holder... but have not even gone to a single crappy game. The tickets were more beneificial as fire material for 10 worth of warmth rather than waste the gas to go watch them. And instead, I ditched my tickets to go support my COLTs.
Anyways, RB Dominic Davis' season ending surgery. He was not able to get his 1000 rushing yards this season. He did in his first two season, but ending his season with 970 something yards.
NY GIANTS.... they got into the playoffs because Vikings lost. They do want more, and planned to earn that this weekend. The division title is theirs if they beat Oakland this weekend.

Thanks, i agree, and Morency is the 3rd string back up this weekend which will be starting.
I'm just waiting too see everything fall into place. It is too close to say. Unpredictable.
Yikes, Arizona will be targeting the Colts this week, like " kicking them while they are down".. using the Colts misfortunates and loading up their line. They will bring everything they have and the Colts are on a loosing spree. If the Colts do not play hard the first half, before they sit out the starters, they will not have the confidence and will start the playoffs in a bad position. They need to play the Cards hard, and prove that they can still play like they have been during their winning streak.
I'm rooting for the Giants too.

Arizona is playing hard they took the Vikes out of the race, and they had nothing to play for but themselves.
It would be a shocker if they rest the starters the last time Dungy did that was with Tampa and they lost their first playoff game, I think the Broncos did that with Elway and etc, one year and they also lost their first playoff game because they rested players.

which good teams do you think will not make the playoffs
For the NFC It does not look good in the south one assuming the Panthers win the division Falcons or the Bucs is not going to make it. and right now the Falcons don't look good.
For the AFC its tough The Chiefs would have to win the rest of their games and hope the Jags and Chargers is out of it at the end of the season. Now assuming the chiefs lose out, it leaves the Chargers and the Jags. I thought Denver would go on a lossing streak right about now but no their going to win the west and of course indy has the south. So that last wild card spot is between the Jags and Chargers. I think the chargers lose out they got Indy, Broncos and the Chiefs at the end of the season. All three teams are going to bring it, plus the Jags have an easy schedule the only winnig team they play is Indy.
I was close on the playoff picture, more so with the AFC.
A big upset in philidelphia Redskins won, Dallas did not make it their playing for nothing as we speak. It kind of suck seeing the 10-6 Chiefs not make it and Vermeil retires on that. Tough season for the Chargers their schedule was the toughest in the NFL, maybe next year. Giants won the east its been 5 years since, hopefully straight to the superbowl.
So the wild card games
NFC Saturday
Redskins at the Bucs. the bucs D is tough and the Cadillac is still running this should be a a Bucs win. the skins did not look to good today vs the Eagles. I see a close game bucs win it
Bucs 27 - Redskins 24
AFC Saturday
the Jags at New England. Depending whether Brusci plays I say the pats, even though think the Jags can do it, their coming off a win against the Pats loss to the dolphines today.
I'm on the fence for now! I'll edit later.
NFC Sunday
Panthers at my Giants. I thought the Panthers would be the NFC champs this year they are the 6th playoff team, they lost the south to the Bucs. I see a team in decline. the Giants secondary got to step up sunday if their going to beat Smith and Delhomme. Eli also needs to step up he does play better at home but he still capable of losing the game. of Course Strahan and Osi will have monster performances as well as Tiki.
I see a good game but
Giants 36 - Panthers 24
AFC Sunday
Steelers at the Cincinnati. Their could not be a closer match up then this, and I know nobody in the NFC wanted to play the Steelers. Can the Bengals do it yes they beat the steelers at hienz field, but they lost to them at home. I know the Bengals will bring the offence but will they come with the defense. The Steelers have good defense but can they step it up if it comes down to a shoot out. I got my mind set Steelers all the way the Bengals have dropped their last 2 games, and steelers on a 3 game winning streak got this. Bengals got a rookie QB and inexperienced playoff team and no defense.
Steelers 33 Bengals 24

My choices now:
NFC Saturday
Redskins at the Bucs...same thoughts as Super Pancake
20-17 Bucs
AFC Saturday
Jags at New England...I smell an upset, the Jags stout D will stop Brady from airing it out, while Leftwich will be back.
20-17 Jags
NFC Sunday
Panthers at Giants...Giants win this one, though it will be a high scoring game. Both sides have weak defenses and potent offenses. I see Smith and Foster each ripping of a big play, and Tiki and Burress too. This game will come down too the trenches. Giants have too imposing ends, Osi and Strahan, one will wreak havoc, the other will be stopped by Wahle. Carolina has Peppers...No one has an answer for him.
Look for big stats
38-34 Giants
AFC Sunday
Steelers at Cincy...Steelers are looking for revenge, but it all comes down to Cincy...If they put the Steelers behind, they will be hard to stop, even with that Steelers Defense. Chad Johnson will have a big game...look for the playaction passes. Throw in the most opportunistic Defense in the NFL....sorry Bus, this may be your last game.
40-27 Cincy
I give Jerome Bettis a standing ovation for the great career he is having. It would be much sweeter to end in his hometown, but I don't see it.
This may be the second to last Bus Stop...the last will be in Canton.

This was why I think Vince Young should have deserved to win the Heisman trophy this year. Reggie just gets a lot of hype which I believed help him get that Heisman. He did not do much yesterday, not even breaking 100 yards. Vince Young got 467 yards. That's a true freak of a quarterback. That's what The Texans need. OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO what a start to the playoffs
I did not expect for a low scoring heavy defence in that Bucs Redskins game. Woww like less then 150 total offence yards for the skins and they won the game. That hurts to lose a home playoff game. So redskins are going to face the Seahawks next week, if the bring that defence with them I guess they have a big chance.
now for the Jags and Pats game that was interesting. The Pats hardly played Dillon and Brusci was sidelined. I guess when it comes to game time it does not matter who is on the field they got Brady and as long everybody does their job they win. Now it makes me wonder if Gurrad should of been in the game instead of Leftwich, maybe they would have had a shot.

No, von Offen..or what ever his name is, was pushed, stumbled, and grabbed Carson's leg. You can clearly see that he was angry with himself. He couldn't even play for a Qtr. He even apologized twice after the game. Everyone says he's a nice guy. Palmer said it was unintentional.
Carr is decent, he's above average...what he needs is an O-LINE! What I think they should do. Get Bush, and use a tandem RB system. Then draft an O-linemen the next 2 rounds...either from USC or Minnesota. Try to get a WR in free agency. A complement to Andre Johnson would be nice.

Dude, have you guys heard about the crap going around regarding the Steelers Joey Porter accussing the Colts of being a weak team, so they have to rely on trick plays to win a game.
“They want to make you think. They want it to be a thinking game instead of a football game.” says Porter about the Colt's offense.I thought good players require some level of intelligents. This guys is just stupid. And as I recall, didn't the Steelers rely on many trick plays? One that won the game for them against the Bengals when Eandel El threw the ball to "Big Ben" which threw it into the endzone for a touchdown. They are just making up crap because they know that they are gonna get their butts whooped!
Read full artical hear.... kind of pathetic.
http://mirror.colts.com/sub.cfm?page=article7&news_id=3523Regarding Texans:
"In regards to the recent dilemma that the Texans have with the first pick in the NFL Draft, the Texans definitely need to take Reggie Bush, then shop him around or shop (Domanick) Davis around for some help on the O-line. David Carr could grow into a good QB if he would be given some time in the pocket. Domanick Davis is a proven RB, so I say shop Bush around after you draft him. The worst-case scenario is that you have a tremendous amount of talent in your backfield."

The Steeler/Colts game will be good, but to the end, the Colts will overpower. The will force the Steelers to throw...and you know what happens. I see Carolina getting revenge, and shutting out the Bears miserable Offense. The Skins beat Seattle in week 4 in OT. I see a good game. If Alexander goes over 100 OR Hasselbeck passes for at leat 250 and 2 TDS, Seattle will win. The key is for the Skins offense to kick in. Moss and Portis. Patriots over Denver. Simple. Plus, Belechick is 7-0 since 2001 when he played a team that previously beat them in he year, and 18-2 against teams that he played a second time during the season. Watch out Colts!

OHHH I thought for a second there might be a come back, then the Payton throws an interception. Edit: the interception ruled incomplete

NME_locus you must be doing back flips and spinning on your head watching this game.

could the colts be brewing come back, 21-18 4 minutes left.

NO GOOD WIIIIDE RIGHT
Its all over The Bus big sigh of relief. Steelers are Giant Killers, could this be the year steelers finally win it all with Bill Cowher as head coach.
Manning and the colts maybe next, but watch out the Texans might wanna challange you for that division win.
NME_locus I know how you feel my manning also lost even worse we were shutout.
snuffypuffer if I said anything bad about the Steelers I'm eating major crow right now
