Start by reading this thread because it's got many ways that people have tried. If you want to learn, read up on the different mthods and then try whatever sounds good to you. There's not really any set way of doing it so just experiment with other people's methods.

Could someone tell me what a psiball is? Or wheel, for that matter? I gotta try some of this stuff.

all I can say is that, I've seen it and the one guy that did it just lifted this small part of metal, about an inch in length and .25inch in width, and he put his hands in front of it, and just lifted it, it was pretty nice, he didnt take long but he sure did concentrate, so I be lieve in it, last time I tried I couldnt get anything, though i HAVE had success with Talking with someone else through my mind... Hmm... after all.. I've needed it.. =)

Hold your hands however you want. Whatever is comfortable for you will be fine, as long as they're not touching.

Until you get good enough at this to make the psiball feel a certain way, it will be random. There may be heat, coolness, tingling, a twitching feeling, pushing, pulling, and probably some other weird things too that I've not experienced. Add to my list if I missed one, somebody.

Disbelief will mess you up, first of all, but I do see where you're coming from. I don't know why they say to focus on an energy source in your stomach, but that's what I've always read, and it's worked for many people, so please give it a chance. After you can feel that energy, what's so weird about moving it through your body and out your hands? That's the process of making a psiball.

Visualize your energy and the object's energy. Then visualize the object's energy going into your own, thus adding to it.

You do, you're just not good enough to move a lot of it yet. You'll be able to move more and more energy when you practice, but if you really think you don't have enough, try to gather energy from something.

In my mind, it's a swirling, white ball of light. I've never seen it with my eyes, though. It's not strong enough yet.

You can only feel them at first. You can learn to see energy to see weak psiballs, or you can practice to make them visible to the naked eye. Making them visible is called "flaring".

Being able to see energy. Our eyes are not sensitive to energy, they overlook it, so to speak, so we don't see it. You can practice to see energy, though, as I said above.

I wish it was astral projection,actually it was a joke referring to dreams, but I would love to astral project. After a couple sites and reading of posts here I am officially ready, but I cannot say prepared, for astral prokection. I can tell you what I have heard though. Aparently, the astral plane is far more vivid, wonderful, and beautiful than the physical world. Everything seems more "real", like you have discovered everything there is to know, as well as ever wanted to know. But it is kind of strange to think that as I watch myself type, that this is not really "me", but an extension of my true self. While I truly wish I had undergone an astral projection, I have not. But I will try. Sorry for the confusion.

Hmm.. I've been thinking of trying this all out. Always been interested in it. I have accidentally had things happen, maybe coincidentally, I do not know. But the timing of the movement was a bit TOO coincidental, ya know?

An alter-user is a person that can do things other than can be conventionally explained. BUT, they all can only do ONE category of things such as metamorphisis or alteration of their environment. Cuz thats what they do, they ALTER things.. They are also a part of the anime cartoon S-cry-ED. And OBE is out of body experience.

Actually, I made a half-innocent joke about OBEs and dreams. But currently I am experimenting with OBEs. I have already made it one of my life goals and I will post a new thread that goes in detail of what I saw if it ever happens. Sorry for the confusion you might have to tread all the posts to wrap your head around them. I uses mystic sometime(my term for wise sounding speech). So yeah, just read every word. When i post stuff like this tho spelling errors abound.
