ok about two days ago i saw a flying rounded black thing just SHOOTING through the air then suddenly it stopped and then fly out twords the distance. my dad saw it but he keeps saying he didnt

he also says it was a huge piece of plastic or paper but it was dead wind and its was too big for that

well i dont know what you saw, but it probably was not what you thought you saw. Could have been anything, a bird? A frisbee? I dunno.

But as an example. I was in a plane last week, window seat, i looked out the window and straight ahead was this huge metal object. Just sitting htere in the clouds, i just kept staring at it, wondering why everyone on the plane wasn't freaking out, it was right outside the window. Well I switched planes and once again had a window seat, saw the EXACT same thing. UFO over Canada right? WRONG. Saw it at a different angle, nothing more than a dark, oddly shaped cloud, no different than any other cloud.

9 times out of ten it is something so ordinary you don't even think of it.

there is more wind at higher altitudes than there is on the ground. it could be windless on the ground and there still be wind 100 ft. up.
