You you have anymore information on this beside just pictures or perhaps a link to go to with an explanation?

Yeah, i'd like some info on that. Why are there blue jets on the moon?

I would also be very interested to see an article on this. The moon really shouldn't have these.

Those pics reminded me of a thread i read a while back
Smokestack on the moonIts possibe that it was a hoax (MM pointed it out) but interesting anyway.
I searched for blue moon jets and have found nothing, If there is an article or anything about those pics i would love to see it.

You'll need to show me a credible, viable source for your first photo, mentioning that it is from the NASA archieve is pretty ambiguous, especially if you're trying to say its from the moon. You can see stars in the picture, I don't know of any photos taken from the moon that showed starts.
The second picture, if you're claiming is also a picture from the moon, is completely wrong. It's a photo of a sprite in the earths atmosphere,
THE SAME PHOTO can be seen at the bottom of this page.

I don't know how old they are. They are part of a bulk download that I've had for some time.
As for providing a link, well that would require some effort.
I'll let you know when I have it.
If they're fake, then what are they doing on a nasa server?

r we sure thats a nasa server ud think nasa would have some incryptions on stuff like that dont cha think

Yeah, i don't believe for a second they were on a Nasa server. You don't have access to those.
And Magikman posted a link to where the second picture comes from, so it's obviously not from Nasa.

Kinda looks like the edge of a wing (sr-71 blackbird baybe?)
I think both pictures are of sprites taken from high altitude
Here is a GIF i found of sprites in the upper atmosphere

Surprisingly similar to the first pic posted

If you look, the limb is uneven, a jagged appearance.
If this is an atmospheric anomaly, why the above?
As for the skeptics. You're not ready to learn, because you know it all already.
I KNOW where I got those pics.

Could you point this out? i'm not clear on what you are referring to

I know where you may have gotten the color one:
Here or
Here I know it was'nt one of the other sites with the clearer images, so i only posted the ones with the same pic you had. (both 'claim' that they are sprites, not on the moon)
Try and get that source for us, an article claiming the pic to be from the moon.
Otherwise its been debunked several times over.

The dark shape (lower right) is the lunar module antenna.
In the larger image that I have, it is clearly the case.

No, not the lunar module antenna, but the edge of an aircraft wing as UA stated. If you were to investigate his links further, you'll find the very same photo
HERE along with a very detailed description of what is being shown. You were partially correct, it is from a NASA archieve, only its one of earthly origin, not lunar.
