a GREAT game for the gamecube would have to be tony howaks underground and the sequal. Or turok evolution ifin ur girlfriend doesnt mind loss of limbs/heads/barfing/tons and tons blood........... or Mario kart double dash is always fun ... i want that luigi controller. if i dont sell my cube that is.

Underground 2 is one of the worst games i have ever played.
Compared to the first, it's like comparing water to wine.

But yes, THUG1 is fantastic, as are all the other TH games.

Any Resident Evil GC's?

THUG1 was one of the easiest games I have ever played. I finsihed the storyline the day after I bought it and I had only played it a couple of times in that amount of time. It was very fun though. just far too easy in my opinion!
TH4 was my favourite, I loved that game!

It was a really good challenge on SICK mode though. I'm the only person i know to have finished it on Sick.

There are other Horror games for the Nintendo Gamecube besides Resident Evil. The other Horror game for the Gamecube is called Eternal Darkness.

I didn;t really like Eternal Darkness.
RE was better.

I agree, Eternal Darkness was pretty crappy. I wouldnt even call it horror because none of it even came close to scaring me.

Super Smash Bros. Melee. - This game never gets old. Well, thats if you have people to play with you.

I only bought a Gamecube 2.5 weeks ago to play RE0,1 and 4. However, I must say I am blown away by the visual superiority to my PS2. I look forward to expanding my GC collection to include many of the 2D RPGs I saw on stock whilst I was searching for the RE games.

Some very good quality RPG`s have finally returned to Nintendo`s game lists, but sadly few know about it because they are on the Gamecube which few have given a fair chance.

Although it's ited with Xbox to have the most powerfull game engine.
It's overshadowed by the numerous titles that the PS2 and Xbox have.

that's true, i was forced to buy a ps2 due to lack of games, if you look at the no1 selling games on x-box and ps2 they change fortnightly if not weekly, whereas the cube ones often stay the same for months.
I also noted recently that here in the uk resident evil 4 is the top selling cube game, yet didn't even make it into the top 10 on all platforms, nintendo has run into a real crisis here

It's nominated for the Best Action game of all time, Best Cinematics, Best Graphics, etc etc in the G4 Video Game Awards. It's been voted Number One best game of all time readers pick on IGN.com, etc etc.

you misunderstood mate,this was last week , it has been out for a couple of months. It was number 1 on all platforms at first sure, but i was indicating how poor cube sales must be in the uk for the best selling cube game not to make it into the top 10 each week

I recomend u super smash brothers: melee, it was my first game and i got it in the same year that the GC was realeased and i'm still playing it, that game will last forever and it's real fun to play with a lot of ppl.

i found SSBM got old real fast, after unlocking all the characters and winning the majority of trophies i just stopped playing, i lent it to a friend of my dad's and doubt i'll ever see it again now.

My personal favourite has got to be Resident Evil 4 it is amazing in pretty much every aspect, although Starfox adventures comes a close second and was in my opinion very very underrated

believe me there's much more to it then that, i see tat u're probably not an hardcore player, did u finished the game with every character in every game mode, in every dificulty?did u got trough the 15 minute test with more then one character?did u got the more secret trophys (the ones that magazines dont talk about and u can only got by having extreme scores), did u passed "the showdown" with every character?and the one before that(with the master hand and crazy hand)? did u defeated giga bowser (secret boss) in very hard dificulty?did u got the lon lon milk thropy?how about the mew thropy?or the celebi?did u got the extra feature for playing 1000 vs matches?did u unlocked classic yoshi's island(by getting more than 400 meters in home-run contest with yoshi)? did u unlocked the sound test?

just to mention a few.

nope, i'm not exactly hardcore, minigames and such have never appealed to me, i prefer story driven experiences hence i'm not a big fan of beat em ups at all, but i made an exception fro Smash bros due to the novelty of it, and the fact i loved the original
i was a Roy man myself but i dabbled with fox on the odd occasion
