does anyone here have ghost stories. I have alot like one were a girl with red hair appears near a water fountain near downtown. Or the little kid that cries in a park. And the ghost of the guy that got his head cut off. Or the ghost of a criminal that pinches everyone with red clothes that enters his old cell.

I do alot of investigations. I don't have stories, but have experiences.

Right now I'm in the middle of a hotel investigation. A friend & myself was invited to this hotel this past winter. The hotel was closed down for the month, except for security & the hotel manager, there were no guest there. Physical guest that is. wink2.gif

I did video camera had broken, so I didn't have it ith me. Marc had his.

In the nightclub of the hotel (famous comedians, singers ect has all performed there), Marc set of his video camea, facing the stage & left it running. Except for the exit signs, there were no lights on. I have to say, with all my years of experience, I have never seen results like he recorded.

He had gotten what I call a "Metorite Shower of Orbs" they were swirling all around, some came right toards us, some of them were in color. I'm still in awe of this video, not to mention jealous.

The caffateria, we both felt spirits there, everytime I would enter, I would literly get sick to my stomach. I had an awful reaction to the cafateria. Later, the manager told us, there was a severe case of the flu or some kind of virus. It seemed it started in the cafateria, people had gotten "deadly" sick & was rushed to the hospital. The Dept of Board of Health closed the cafateria down, till it was totaly cleaned from ceiling to floor. Coincendence that I got sick? I don't think so.

We walked around the halls, all the time doing recordings. At one point we stopped in a hallway & started to chat, when the door behind me, the doorknob started to jiggle. I made security open the door. The windows were securly shut type & no drafts were coming in. There was no physical evidence that would have made that happen. Catty corner, was another door, that moved a bit also. We went into that room. Again, no physical means to cause it.

At one point, we had went out to get coffee, I needed to reenergize. We were standing out in the parking lot talking, I asked Johnathan, if he knew, if there were any Revolutionary Battles faught in that area. he said yes, that up on the mountain was some kind of wall they built. I forget now, what that type of wall was called. Later on, Marc snapped a few pictures, in 1 picture, again in the night club area, stood a man dressed in the clothing of the revolutionary war.

We went inside, sat at the bar & finished our coffee & chatted a bit with Johnathan. I had asked him, if the guest was allowed to bring pets there. He said yes.

Later on we continued walking the halls of the hotel. I at one point saw & heard a dog, then I saw a man. Later on, recorded on my tape recorder, you hear a dog barking and shortly after that, a man asking "Did you see where my dog went?"

We are suppose to return this fall to further the investigations. The owner has passed over this spring. We heard, his daughter is selling the hotel, as it still stands now, we will be back there.

.....I don't have stories, but have experiences.

Yep, me too! thumbsup.gif Of-course I could drag out an old story or two if I really thought about it, but it's the real life phenomenon that I've had to deal with since I was 8 years old. sad.gif I remember living in a farm house when I was younger (somewhere around 10 years old). My dad worked on the farm driving a tractor everyday. We didn't stay in that house for too long, there was just so much that was going on in it. ph34r.gif We would hear a rumbling sound, like a bowling ball being rolled down the lane. (It wasn't coming from outside either!) It came from our attic. While I was at school during the day and dad was out on the tractor, my mom was home alone. But she would hear a childs voice calling out," Mom." The first time she heard it she atomatically that it was me,and said, "What?" She heard the childs voice calling out agian saying,"Mom?" So she began to walk through the house to look for me when she realized I was'nt home from school yet! blink.gif At night my mom would go to the front door and the back door and make sure they were shut and locked up for the night. But come morning the front door and the back door would be unlocked and actually open! At first she thought my dad had done it, when he denied it, she asked me. But of-course it wasn't any of us. They tried setting boobytraps, but that didn't work because the trap would still be set the next morning and the doors would be unlocked and open.
I'll never forget the evening when I was helping my mom wash dishes! We had a phone that hung on the kitchen wall, and as we stood there talking we heard a noise, we both turned around at the same time to see what it was , and that's when both of us saw the phone actually lift off the reciever and suspend in mid-air for about 2 seconds and then fell like it had been dropped! wacko.gif
We had to fight with our little ghostie when we tried to watch tv and it wanted attention. The tv would shut off, we turned it back on and the volume would BLAST LOUD! We turn the volume down, and then the volume would go all the way down! We turn it back up, and either it would blast the volume up so high the tv vibrated, or just shut the tv off! sad.gif Finally my mom and dad both learned not to fight about the tv, whenever that would start to happen, my dad would yell," Leave the f#%#* tv alone!" Or my mom would say loudly, "Ok, that's enough leave it alone right now!" Guess what?! It would stop, for the night anyway! wink2.gif We would be able to hear someone walking across the wood floors in the evening, and sometimes during the night (while having to listen to the rumbling sound coming from the attic).
But that was one of our friendly ghosties, we've had worse, way worse!

earthygirl,

I laughed, cause I have gone through that also. I have been seeing & communicationg with spirits since I was a baby.

My friends & family affectionly call my home a Boo & Breakfast for spirits. lol

I get my name called out all the time. What is interesting, a small female child calls me Oma, my grandchildren call me Oma.

Adult spirits, a female mainly, calls me by my name & my nickname from my chatroom.

Every year I have friends over to do investigations and or help them develop their abilities.

One year, we just came back from a cemetery, the 2 girls that were still here, bolted into the house cause they had to use the bathroom. I was still outside, when I heard a female yell, "RC" My first thought was, one of them needed paper. As I walked into the house, I asked which one called me, they both said "Wasn't me". I laughed and said, Now she's calling me by my channel name.

I hav e an experience too. When I was four we were on vacation in my grandma's house. All the family was there playing monopoly. I still remember I was winning. But I just remember seeing the back yard and there was some kind of person with a demon head and was all white. I still remember that face like it was yesterday. It had evil dark eyes, a very mean face. That was the only ghost I have seen. YOu know like not just hearing something or cold spots, I saw him! Also in my grandma's house they said that theres some kind of treasure underground in one room. That room is very cold and weird stuff happens there. Like sometimes theres ball light that is on bed like if the sun was coming from a window or somehing, but that happens at night! And it gets very dark and theres no light at that time. Another things that happens is that you hear someone scratching the bottom of the bed. This particular things seem to happen more to me and one of my uncles when we stay there. And the whole town is in top of a very ancient cementary. SO the whole town is infested with ghosts. Some people say that witches still exist there too. ANd in town very close from my grandmas' were one of my aunts live theres supposedly a guy who can transform into any kind of animals. By the way this is in Mexico in a state called Guanajuato. THis state is very ancient and has a lot of legends. Like for an example the famous weeping woman or La llorona haunts this state.

Just curious, hope you don't mind me asking. wink2.gif How do you help people develop their abilities? Are you meaning their abilities to become more open to ghosts?

If you want a creepy yet funny TRUE ghost story. Look up on your search engine, Doarlish Cashen. It's my favorite story. thumbsup.gif

Earthy,

On investigations, I take them to places I am well aware of what is happening.

I try to teach them how to focus, how to become aware of images, senses, scents, cool/warm breezes. To build confidence with what they are experiencing. Then I'll try to take them to a place I have no knowledge of. We all report in what we are picking up.

I have a high comfort zone with the spirit realm, my comfort helps them to ease any fear or nervousness they may have.

Keep in mind, they may see & sense things I don't. You'd be surprised though, how many times they have validated things I picked up.
