Meditate alot and find out what calls you.. For me it was earth, and water so that is what i usually use to draw power for a psi-ball, but since i was born in July fire is my birth element, so i usually draw from those three..
And how do you "summon" elements?

When I meditate all of nature calls me. Does that mean I can control all the elements at will and rise to god-status in your inexperienced eyes, or the Lord of Geokenesis? No, it simply means that I'm more of a treehugger than a psion.
And how do you summon elements? It seems that you were asking for a finally honest and true answer. The elements are all around you in everything. I have different beliefs about the elements than most people, but I can bet you that you don't need to "summon" them. Knock on your desk. That element is called wood, it came from a seed, which came from a tree. Is lifeforce not an element in itself? Now find something metal. That metal most likely came from iron ore that was millions of years old. It's been shaped and probably been through the rock cycle more than ones. It's experienced more than you could ever imagine. Does that not make it an element?
Elements you speak of seem to lack pattern. For example, on the pentagram are five forces. Spirit, air, earth, fire, water. They are all connected mostly because of the supernatural beliefs about them. Fire is raw energy, earth is soil created by things once living, air is a gaseous matter created from mainly oxygen, with some nitrogen, argon, etc. Water is a liquid [H20: 2 hydrogen atoms 1 oxygen], and a vital role to survival of all life as we know it. Spirit however differs because not only can we not explain all of it's meanings scientifically, but we don't have proof it exists, yet there is an undenyable life force within us, which is our conciousness.
Now, I ask you, why can't things like IRON, TITANIUM, SILVER, GOLD, XENON, etc fit into these? Those are in fact some of the over 100 elements that create everything on the periodic table and everything in existance, other than energy. Water, Air, and Earth are combinations of these elements. Since that is true, then wouldn't I have an element if I combined ZINC and COPPER to form the alloy BRASS? It is a solid alloy out of two base elements. Give this some thought, I await a good response.
