where do you go? what do you do? how do you guys get in a mood of writing

do you write what you know or fanicy?

I usually write when I am sad or have pondering thoughts *ponders*
It usually helps me alot It truely is an individuals option on where they write.
Me I can't write while listening to music but probally after.
Sometimes I don't write anything for years but not since I've found this forum - I can't stop writing

I just write. I can't say that I'm in a particular mood; the idea comes to me for a poem or story, and I write it...

I find that with me, it just comes upon me. Something I see, hear, smell or taste just triggers something I start writing.

I write anything that comes to mind, or dreams that I have and while writing I listen to music, but I have to be in the right mood

Nothing really triggers a writing bout. But I do have to be in the frame of mind. If I am feeling creative I can write eight or nine hours in one sitting, for days, weeks or months at a time. Then if I’m not in the mood I can go weeks or months without a single word being put on paper.
What do I write, as your other question asks? I have a horror book published, along with a fantasy collection of seven books, in the Gateway Series. These (the first four that I have finished) are under review with my publisher to see if they wish to go to print with them also. In addition they have a children’s book that I have just finished this week!
Furthermore it depends what I feel like writing. I don’t force a particular book. I have another 12 books on the go at this moment; I simply carry on with whichever takes my fancy when I feel like writing!
