The little button next to PM at the bottom left of a post will tell you if the user is online: orange means yes blue means no. Or you can see which forum a user is active in by going into their profile...hehehe...I am watching you Snowy LOL!!!

On the main forum page if you hover your mouse over someone's name in the " user(s) active in the past 15 minutes" box it will give you the time they were last active....

I think its cool the way you don't have to keep going back to main front page to see if someone still on line.
