most people knew the tragic ending of the Tsar Romanov's last family, where they were shot in this one room then buried without a mark once. (though Boris Yeltsin foudn them and did a burial)

I was thinking, as tragic and horrible death as that, usually they would turned into ghosts and haunt those places, since their life was cut short unexpectedly, like any other ghosts stories.

But as far as I know, the Tsars has been resting in peace and no haunting of anyone... right? Or am I wrong.

It's not that I'm not glad they are resting in peace and move on and follow the light, but it's kinda weird. You think they be guiding people to their unmarked grave or something as ghosts. huh.gif

Interesting question. It's finally been (generally) accepted that all The Romanov's were shot execution style after being held captive, then their bodies were dumped in a forest and burned. (I think anyway) I don't know much about Russian Ghost stories, but if there are such a thing as Ghosts (and even if there isn't) there should be some stories floating around of haunted Romanov castles or haunted forests etc. This was a powerful family....I bet if you can translate some Russian ghost websites you can find something

I think that most of the historic hauntings involve 1 or 2 people who died alone or in a vilant way. This russian family ,while beind held, to make peace with thier G-D. Thus no haunting. Whith the cruelty of thier ending,i'am glad thier spirets moved on. It was a blace page in Russia's and man kinds history.
