Well, a friend who claims he's a multiple abductee told me this. Im not gonna say I believe it, but I find that its interesting and might as well post it. He claims that they're interested in us because of our short lifespan. He claims the grays or whoever live for thousands of years, and therefor arent as pressed as us to develope and achieve thing, and that quality in us is making us advance technologically so fast that we'd eventually catch up with them. Funny, I never would have considered a short lifespan so important.

I'm no expert on such things as this, but I think, they would be interested in us for the same reasons we are in them. It's another life-form. I think curiosity drives all living things in some way or another. It may not be the only thing that does, but it does.

I agree with fox... I mean, how would you know how long they live anyway unless they tell you. And no matter how much you bug them about it, they almost never answer your questions. They're just curious.

Probably, they are just curious and have a thrist for knowledge just like us. If they come across another intelligent species on their travels through the cosmos, of course they are going to have a look and do a bit of study, just to make sure we wont come after them with our weapons we so commonly use against each other.

Aliens are real, anyone who believes that we were created by God would know that His mind and his creativity have no boundaries, they are not limited to the human mind and what it can fathum as possible and impossible.The Bible says "no man can grasp the mind of God.." for that reason alone it could be asked,..How could we as humanity be so arrogant as to deem ourselves the only intelligent life in the universe? Its like putting a limit to God's power and creativity. If the government knows about the aliens and has proof of them, why do we have no defenses aimed towards space?
We are an agressive race. I find it hard to believe that if we had proof hidden we would have defenses hidden as well. The only problem there would be that they would have to be really large constructions and we should at least have hints of them.

Aliens could just as well be fallen angels. And Heaven is in 'space'. But, I could be wrong.

You know, maybe aliens are curious about us just because they are curious.
There doesn't have to be a general reason. If we had an alien here with us, everyone would be looking at it, poking and prodding it, just to see if they feel pain or what their skin feels like, ect. It's natural curiousity.

Actually I do know all about Area 51. but that doesn't point as proof to anything. All that can be said about Area 51 is that it is operated by the governments and they use a lot of chemicals there. Everything else is just conjecture.

Now, i cant give you a layout of missle defense placements in space or orbital scematics for laser grid technology but i know what ive read, studied and seen with my own eyes to at least SPECULATE.different from knowing but not too far from the truth i assure you. ive seen videos from outer space(space station and MIR) that cant be explained, " a craft which seams to be entering Earths atmosphere, then a flash of light and a sort of projectile was shot straight at it, it dodged and flew back into space" DO NOT underestimate the governments grasp of the Earths situation....we have defenses, when the olympics were going on we had a MISSLE defense system all around it to protect our people from terrorists! THAT was the olympics,what would they do for Earth??!! But in all reality, an alien civilization who has solved all the riddles we still have yet to achieve(space,time,blah blah blah) would more than likely have some sort of small,compact,pocket sized weapon that they could just blast Earth to bits from space, no warning,no television broadcasts "PEOPLE OF EARTH...SURRENDER YOUR LEADERS OR BE DESTROYED!!",just one bright light and then nothingness,why wouldnt we have some sort of early warning system and or defense?,it is OUR planet,right?
