Hey whats up, new to this forum ~ i'm on the phone with lucid element right now we're just chillin talkin philosophy, anyway i'll be around postin it up cause element wants to see me evolve from my alien embryo state

I believe that we're here to learn, grow and reach perfection. That is based on my belief that there's some kind of afterlife, which I'm not totally sure on at the moment. If not then we're here to enjoy life and make it better for future generations.

I think the same thing about life as I always have....I don't need a "reason" to somehow justify my existance. I believe the purpose of all life, if there is such a thing, is simply exist. We live, we die, what happens inbetween is entirerly up to us

Simple, we are heer to grow spiritually and to have experiences, that the higher-self can't do, being on the spirit plane, how we do this is up to us.

There is no purpose, just like there is no purpose to an animals life.

We evolved from single-celled organisms millions of years ago to what we are today. We pass on our seed, and die. Nothing after death. That's it.

We are only animals afterall. I need not to justify my existance, i know that is all there is and i'm more than happy with that.

No really I believe we are here to serve our fellow man and make the world a better place than the one we entered. Corny but it is how I get through this life and deal with all of the terrible things that happen in the world.

We are here to live, reproduce, make sure the next generation has a good start, and die. It's very simple, at least if you look at it from our point of view, which could be as simplistic as that of a pawn on a chess board. Our purpose could be grand and beautiful, to reach a new plain of existence, extensions of the universe trying to understand itself, and a whole slew of other ideas, or we could be here for the aforementioned text…

i belive in the after life so im gona say we was put put here to gain knowledge and use it in the after life to teach the next gen that are here after us

I think that humans are on this planet to procreate, make sure our young one's survive and then we die and the process goes on and on...

I have strange theories when it comes to this. I seriously don't think there was a beginning to the universe. I pretty much believe that it is infinite, and that everything moves in a big circle of life. To me, that means after we die we don't simply die because there is no end to a circle. It repeats itself. Although everything is a circle I do believe that it is constantly expanding and shrinking all the time due to things dying and being reborn constantly. (this includes the universe itself). So yay. Ah yes, and the meaning of life? There is no one all-around meaning of life. Everyone has their own beliefs on their part... however, for me, in this life... I want to publish my thoughts and stories in a way to open the minds of people in this world.

Well, in this discussion we find vrious reasons of our existence in this "universe". Some have worldly reason while other found some fun in their existense. But what i believe is that our existence in this world can never be understood, without taking into consideration our Consience.
I think of all living beings as a CREATION, and therefore everey creation has some guided rules and regulations which one would have to follow, and our existence is closely binded with these sets of divine rules. (To be cont......)

A sensible answer Rafaqat. If we accept the fact that we were created by God (and I know a lot of people don't, but more do), then perhaps we are an experiment. We will grow, develop and evolve until eventually we will leave this material existence behind and be at one with Him. In the meantime it is up to us to run things on this plane - and we aren't doing very well at this at the moment.
