AP) - The moon over Milford will cost a New Haven man extra time in prison.
Richard Brown was back in a Milford, Connecticut, courtroom this week after he mooned the judge three months ago.
At the time, Brown was ordered to serve six months for contempt of court.
At Monday's hearing, he was sentenced to 10 and a-half years in prison in a plea deal on robbery charges.
That sentence will begin when Brown completes his six months for mooning.
Brown's outburst in June began when he was ordered to say "yes, sir" when addressing the court.
Brown told the judge to kiss his you-know-what and dropped his pants.
