i dont know why but some guy uses little rubber hoses and fills em ith water and uses them for elcrical wire. i guess it would be cheaper but thats about the best reason i could come up with for the point. what do you think?

I am an industrial Maintenance Mechanic I trouble shoot and repair electrical problems all day, so I am some what qualified to say that this man is INSANE. If I could I would buy life insurance on him today because there is a good chance he will be dead tomorrow!!!!!!!
